Could be worse. Where the healing spell misses not because the healer was inaccurate, because the target feels like dodging it for some reason. I think that's in Disgaea. That said, for DQV, I'd recommend you get an Orc King. They learn both kinds of revival spells, likely the fastest way to get Kazing. Well, depends if you can recruit a Cureslime or King Slime and get them the levels. Orc Kings also learn Multiheal and Whack/Thwack, if it matters.
