I mean, the first Octopath got ported to PC, so I suspect they decided to not do exclusivity this time. It's not like HD2D is forced to be Switch exclusive, I'm somewhat surprised I haven't heard about Livealive getting a port.

Although it's complicated matter I'm not fully versed in. There has been serious academic revisionist works that argue the Spanish Inquisition wasn't as vile as has been claimed. Arguments include that: the Inquisition didn't execute that many people over the long period it existed and the number of people it arrested, it required the accused have legal counsel that wasn't merely for show, that torture as a legitimate interrogation tool was quite limited (more so than in secular courts of the period even), and that the accused were given a 30~40 days' notice in advance of the trial (partly to put the pressure on them and try to get them to confess about other heretics and sinners not yet discovered). -Again, I am not a specialist capable of determining how much of the revision is correct and how much of it is incorrect.

Half-tempted to just buy Gunvolt 3 again on PC because they already got Epilogue ATEMS and the Switch version doesn't get it until Friday because the console releases get it after the pS4/5 versions drop (tomorrow).

We literally got the game first, this is some bullshit ngl.

If I get back and the update hasn't dropped on Switch, I will buy the PC version. It's not the first time I've double dipped to access the expansion earlier.

V and X, but they're region locked. Meanwhile, you can get the entire VTX trilogy through Switch. Just mind that T isn't in English in Japan (for some weird reason), so you have to get it through the Hong Kong store.

But if they're on Steam, i suppose i could get them through.....other means. Mainly cause buying from different regions is a hassle.

Perhaps. Though personally I didn't really found much trouble. Create HK Nintendo account, assign it to a profile on the Switch, and buy funds through PlayAsia. Admittedly the only hassle is navigating the eShop store in Chinese, but eh. For SRW I'd do it... and I did, haha.

Setting the Stun Knife's disarm rate to 100% didn't work out. As far as I can tell, the disarm rate was unchanged.
I was able to apply the disarm effect to different weapons. So it's not like messing with this effect using the randomizer is not possible at all. Maybe there is simply a hard cap to it.

Giving a 100% injury rate to weapons does seem to work, though.

I really did underestimate Stun Knifes for the longest time. They are helpful in stealing weapons, of course. But they are also helpful in getting thieves through Search battles.
Search battles are annoying, considering you might end up losing just because you got a bit unlucky. But a Stun Knife does heavily bend the odds in your favor. If someone suffers an injury, they won't drop their weapon until the end of combat. But with a Stun Knife, they will drop it immediately. Which means that if you can land that hit, you have already won.

Bought the first two God of War games (on PS2), 13 Sentinels and Rune Factory 4 Special for my buddies' Christmas gifts.

Right now the ratio of gifts is 2/1/1 but that's because budget and the stuff I bought alone was like $125. I'll get the ones who only got one gift another thing after I get paid, Christmas ain't here yet.
