TearRing wasn't localized either, for same reason and that... well, same reason FE wasn't being localized originally. They thought SRPG's were too complex for Western audiences. That said, singing Lost in Thoughts All Alone is pretty obvious that it's important to her so i wouldn't say the context is lost regardless. Ehhh Engage's UI is kinda poopy ngl. As for the game visuals...
