Well aren't you a positivist Yeah it's like...the spirit of the nation and the various different people within it even if you aren't literally playing as The People™ I realize by describing it that way it sounds more romanticized than it actually is but y'know. It's a game heavily focused on demographics, standards of living, material wealth, literacy, stuff like that and all the different peoples and interest groups within the empire is what shapes the politics. Put another one in since there was another slot for one. First time opening a computer up, tinkering with something, puttin it back together and having it actually still work, Lol. Had to once I saw how big Baldurs Gate 3 is Thought I’d try tackling a thing called Retroarch and I’m not too crazy about it. To put games on it you first download the cores, then you navigate to folders, hit a button and retroarch scans them. For some inexplicable reason it wont read some of them. Had to load the Euro version of Metroid Prime. For another inexplicable reason not all the cores will work either. None of the 4 Sega Saturn cores they got will show after you install em For the older stuff I’m keeping the OpenEmu on the Mac. Not 10 turns after Siegfried sets out. It's not Kaga's fault if you don't read what he writes properly. That being said, I do remember it being an insanely tight window to get Siggy to the chest. The dolphin and PS2 cores work at least, and unlike OpenEmu multi disk games dont have to be combined, which is another pain in the begonias and I dunno if thats even possible with GameCube games I figure this way I’ll just keep cartridge games on my Mac and disk games on the PC. That part of the chapter I generally found to be the easy part of that event, its the hell spawn in the center that always worried me more. I also like to send my thief north around the same time, so the fliers can partially cover his retreat if they need to. Side note, I hope you try and get Haldyn's talk with his sister, or perhaps make her kill him (I can't remember if there is anything preventing that or not). Then a textbox popped up that said "what is happening to Jean?!" and he just randomly promoted to the goliath class. He could've promoted to a different class with a promo item like everyone else, but he just randomly gets a personal promotion on level 15. For no reason. It grants him 20 HP. Saint Rubenio Posted December 10, 2023 Share Posted December 10, 2023 (edited) I love how the game really wants you to view the Kingdom of Aragoth as the good guys who don't want to get into wars and whose king is a great dude who isn't a hideous old man, but rather a handsome middle aged blonde who cares for his people and is really nice and kind and good. ...And then his daughter is a horrible monster who owns a slave that she has lashed for fun. "She has a good heart" my buttocks. This whole subplot is so morally bankrupt, even by Kaga standards. In brighter news, it was fun to beat up the "get your units outta here" squad. The boss even drops a good sword if you manage. Took a couple attempts - the first time Zayid got ambushed by the "haha now you have 1 HP" bow. (Also I forgot to share this yesterday but uh, Prody suffered a terrible accident 1 turn before saving and ending the map. Yeah, I wasn't going to reset. Sorry man) 25 minutes ago, Capt.
