Good thing Lyon doesn't need more work. Now it's just a question of whether I want to run him with his normal tome or refined -owl tome. I'll have to run the calcs. I know it would be optimal to give bonfire to Bartre(48 def) but i'll have to deal with, also I don't have Goad fliers, so I gave Spur Atk and spd to Valter to buff Hinoka. And Fire and wind are my two weakest seasons right now. edit - With +25 from blessings my final score was 5251 which is good for rank #805. I like having to force myself to use only units with blessings. It provides a nice challenge since my pool of units to work with is only 35-50 units each week. Never thought I'd have to deploy them to regular Arena outside of water season. Despite the VG, had a tough time getting wins. Only had one come in overnight last night. I guess fire season is now probably RIP for score for me. I deployed all of my wind and fire units, but the fact of the matter is almost all my resources are concentrated in water, so it wasn't a particularly impressive boost. Of course it, it likely doesn't matter, since I don't have a legendary Hector +10 to bump my base score. Oh, well. Gacha still refuses to give me more Gwendolyns, so I guess I'm still waiting on completing the AA armour trio. No Florinas, either, so I ended up building a Firesweep Cordelia. This also made me realize I need to figure out what blessing to throw on my flier team. Could be just water as I do by default, but fire's also kind of got my attention now. Also had enough excess to promote some Hinatas for Fury 3 for Soren and Caeda, so I guess I also gotta figure out where this Hardin and this axe-armour counter go for blessings. What a pain. Something interesting is that the arena build I gave to Eirika tends to give me 1~2 Defense wins, this time I was lazy so I left her GHB soloing skillset and now I got 5 Def wins. Teams faced (streak): Spoiler I ended up fielding a full flier team with Camilla as my bonus unit. Because +20/17/0/0 bonuses (Hone, 2x Goad, Camilla's Axe, Drive Atk) are super fair and balanced, I had Caeda break out the ol' Brave Sword+. I got low-balled in AA and couldn't be bothered to fish for a better score, so I just lived with dropping out of the top 3k. Ended up with the same Arena score this week: 3668 while AA was over 20 points lower despite using the same starting team and number of blessings: 5161. Oh well. You win some. You lose some. Do you have Vantage, Wary Fighter and at least one WoM on your Hectors? They could net you a win even without a sympathy surrender. I think @XRay was running triple (OG) Hectors for some time. However, looking at the datamined bonus units for next season, I can say for certain that I'm going to be dropping to T19 in 2 weeks from now. Oops. I did the exact same thing, except I noticed the scores were off right away so I just canceled it during the difficulty selection. I have Vantage on General while Just Here to Fight has his innate Wary Fighter. I could give all three of them Wings of Mercy if I wanted to since I got four spare 4* Cains. Of course, this ended up not being relevant yet since we ended up getting a third week of the current set so I’m back to the Awakening OTP team. For AA I got a score of 5,152. All my matches were in the 730~736 range, if this weren´t the inflation week I'd like to think I would get in the top 5k with this. I've been in top 1000 something like three times total, but usually by a hair and never in a row. I just can't quite keep up. It's good to know Gwendolyn will put me in about that area, though. Right now, I'm running Draug +10, Sheena +10, Nowi +10 and Adult!Tiki +10, all with Aether and dual rallies, so even if I halfway built Gwendolyn with what I have, Tiki would outscore her. I did the calculations and +8 is where Gwen matches Tiki with a DC/Aether/Dual Rally set. Assuming Gwen's +Spd without a super bane, anyway. Alternatively, Fjorm could come back and I could actually pull her instead of spending 300 orbs for zero copies, since she would outscore Tiki with fewer merges (and then Gwen could replace Nowi), but seems the gacha just wants to thumb its nose at me for the time being.
