If somebody else said what you want to already, quote them explicitly. +/- ≤1 point extra regarding personality/appearance is encouraged, but no more. If you exercise your bias privileges, please do so explicitly. Also, if your vote is already a 10/10 or greater than 9 and you give a full point of bias, The score may not exceed 10! - Numerical votes out of 10, or something proportional to it. Make it easy to calculate for my sake. - Every ranking phase ends from 2100 to 2200 EST. Every ranking phase starts from 2200 EST to 2300 EST. Do the math if you are in another timezone! - I will insist you do not use the "Not X" reason on any character, where X is another unit. If you do, your vote will be thrown out. - "Recruits X" or "takes you to X chapter" arguments are explicitly banned. C'mon, people, this shouldn't need to be a rule. That's not gameplay performance. - Assume that the character in question is being recruited. - Similar to the "Recruits X" rule, do not use "He Comes with a Free Ridersbane" as an argument. - Rate the character based on his/her performance without the Rainbow Potion, Maturity Drop or Bond Drop - I withhold the privilege to tell you your rating is bogus and demand you revise it if it breaks any of the above. I will not throw out votes anonymously, you will be informed and given a chance to revise. He was truly a force to be reckoned with when it came to fighting, for Rad knew many of the fighting styles that were available to the world of melee combat. Radd got shafted in the bases department, especially in Luck (that 5 difference in Luck hurts). He can be, like, mobile Armorslayer the Third, with an option to go Pirate for insanity's sake. Like Caesar, he takes lots of resources. Since he already explained his reasons for his vote and because wendell doesnt do anything outstanding. Radd deserves 4/10 with negative bias for me. I will put it like this a mediocre unit. Nothing needs to be said about Wendell for you to know he's amazing! That pope hat alone contains more amazing than rest of the entire cast put together! In fact, when Wendell gave My Unit the pope hat, I subjected to so much amazingness that I was blown back from my DS and through the wall, dammit! His base stats are kind of trashy (unlike Von Kaiser's). 6 HP base is pretty good... but... 2 Str, 2 Spd, 1 Luck, 1 Def... ...Ewwwwwwwwww. Now for the scary part. Radd beats Caesar in Str growth by 10% and Luck by 20%. Everything else either ties or barely matters (like Skill). So... ...We'll go with 4/10. and because wendell doesnt do anything outstanding. He gives you a pope hat. That alone is fucking outstanding. Besides, if Wendell doesn't do anything "outstanding", neither does Ryan and Cecil to begin with. I like to use him a lot but maaaaan, he takes so much effort! Those bases...At least he has a good sword rank unlike FE11 and he has good growths and lots of potential.
