What is you first and current impression of me in and out of mafia?

First impression (mafia): I don't remember. \(owo)/

Current impression (mafia): I just recall reading you in a couple of games where you were mime (Paris mafia) and scum (Mystery Mafia 2), so sadly I can't give impressions on your play as town. I've read people saying it's hard to know if you're scum, but I actually thought it was pretty easy to determine your alignment in both of those!
Wait apparently I read you on .hack, I just didn't remember about it? I thought your play was very "careless" and I thought that made you very townie. I'm referring to the good way of carelessness, where you are actually confident to do what you want even if you're not sure about it because you're town and you know it. I didn't read much of that game so I don't know what happened or why you were lynched.
So I don't really have anything to say about your play, but I think you're pretty easy to read! Keep playing like that as town, I'll protect you~

Which SFMafia member(bar Vhaltz because that's lame) has your favourite posting style?

I don't really care much about people's posting styles when I'm playing, but when I'm reading games my favourite posts are usually BBM's, Prims' and sometimes Via's posts. They make so much sense and seem so townie that they make me want to grab some popcorn and scream “YES POST MORE” as if it were some kind of sports competition.

Do you like the flamenco?
Oh yeah, so what are your favourite styles of dance?

I haven't seen much flamenco outside of subway ads aimed for tourists, lol. Most people in Spain don't really care about things that seem very representative of our culture to foreigners.
Except for serrano ham, everyone loves serrano ham.

I don't really have much of a preference, I just dance the usual nerd stuff. I know some dances from anime/games (some Touhou dances among those) and japanese idol dances (actual japanese idol dances, not anime idol dances. I'm not into idols, anyways, but I like some of the dances!). My favourite dance is River, from AKB48. One of the very few things I like from that group, since their songs and visuals are usually extremely commercial.

What about cosplay do you like and which anime/manga do you pick for cosplaying frequently?

The first few times I cosplayed I did so because I really loved seeing people cosplay as the characters I liked, so I thought it'd be cool to try to do the same! It was also kind of a social thing, as I was part of a Touhou forum where people cosplayed Touhou characters. Over time, cosplaying has lead me to know a lot of amazing people, and that's something I really appreciate.

I bought my first costumes, but over time my interest in making the costumes grew! As I've said, I don't like sewing, but there are other things I like doing (like making props and coming up with patterns). I think it's just interesting to plan the whole thing and the final result is always satisfying~

I also really love editing pictures! Editing as in making the pictures look prettier, not change my physical features (I really hate that kind of editing). It's also kind of like having some sort of collection to me, the more pictures the better.
And to be honest, I like when people say my cosplays are cool!

I usually cosplay Homestuck nowadays, altough I make and wear Touhou costumes from time to time as well. Actually, I've only made one cosplay that's not either Homestuck or Touhou, altough I have plans to make more. I only end up cosplaying things that I really love.

What's your favorite recipe?

I'm super lazy when it comes to cooking, so I never make anything too complicated. I guess my absolute favourite thing to make is melon with serrano ham, which probably sounds terrible to people who have never tasted it but it's actually fucking delicious. Also it just involves cutting the melon, so it's extra easy to make! If only I wasn't too lazy to go buy a melon.

If you ask about actual cooking, I like making gnocchi with bacon, cream and tomato sauce! I love gnocchi, and I tend to make a lot of sauce so that I have tons of leftover sauce to eat afterwards.

Also, when it comes to stuff I can't cook but love to eat I think my favourite food are japanese curry rice, wakame onigiris and sushi. Yay stereotypical tastes

I have no thoughts on those actually, since I've only ever seen the typical derivative works. All that comes to my mind is that one of my friends has Alice as his waifu and he once sent me porn about it for no reason in particular.

Where do you want to be in 5 years?

I'd like to be doing a PhD on clinical psychology, or having finished it already and being a researcher. I've always loved research and it's something I'd really enjoy doing for a living, plus I don't like a lot of aspects of the current clinical psychology, so I'd like to change things for the best. Moreover, I've always wanted to help other people, and I believe that researching on better psychological treatments would help to make slightly more of a difference than me having a consult. Also I'd hate to get paid for helping others, so that makes one more reason to avoid it.

I guess that what I like the most is that in the mafia community everyone cares about others, so even if sometimes there are problems in mafia and people get angry at each other it's just never relevant enough for people not to want to come to terms afterwards.

Well, I don't know you much, but you seem like someone who it'd be nice to chat with in an OC game!

1. How did you get into cosplaying, conventions, and the like?

Cosplaying: As I said, I loved seeing people cosplaying as the characters I liked, and I was part of a Touhou community where people cosplayed so it was also kind of a social thing.

Conventions: I've gone to cons ever since I was 10. To me it just seemed like cons were awesome places, full of things that were so very different from my everyday life. I used to waste all my savings there. But I used to go with just my father or some of my friends of my hometown. That changed when I got into Touhou, since I met the people from the Spanish Touhou community~ Nowadays cons are just an excuse to meet with friends and other people.

2. What's a good way to test the waters with the above stuff for someone who may be interested?

Just bring some friends with you, otherwise you may get bored. From my experience they're a good place to meet people, but only if you know people beforehand and they introduce you to other people. Also sometimes it helps to be cosplaying the same series, from what I know there are photoshoot meetings from popular fandoms in a lot of cons in the States, so you can just bring a cosplay and meet people there~ Don't know how they work for sure because I've never been at one, though.

As for cosplaying, I wouldn't really try to make anything too complicated, you can just save to buy some costume and then remake some details if you don't like them (which is what I did at first).

Be careful with closet cosplays though, because there are some people who will look down on you if you do one of those.

3. Favorite Mafia role you ever got in a game? (on SF or elsewhere)

One -shot arsonist (town). It's such a good role, as it lets you put pressure on your target and reevaluate your reads before deciding if you want them to flip or not. I had never rolled vig before either, so it was extra awesome. Thank you Elie for coming up with it, you're the best.

4. Favorite Alignment to play as?

Some time before I thought I'd like to play as scum/3rd, but actually I hate it. I like to play as town much more, it's stressful but trying to get reads and interacting with people to gauge their reactions and convince them to vote for your own reads is satisfying!

Well, I've only played Smash with my friends, since I don't own any of the games and I'm not very interested in fighting games. Also, I'm really terrible at it. As in, I have the bad habit of suiciding when I try to hit people or jump. It's a nice way to spend the time with other people, though, and I always end up laughing a lot!

I've always played with FE characters! I mean, who can say no to cute boys who are wearing awesome clothing and a cape???

Favorite color?

My tastes on colors are very specific and I don't think I could manage to be precise about my definition, but basically I like very light gray and very light green-blue and here's a pic about the precise tones I like.

1) what would you say your opinions are regarding Vhaltz's Psychology?

You mean, my impressions on Vhaltz?

If you mean I should give those from the point of view of current psychology then I don't know what to say, because current psychology sucks at understanding individuals and I hate it. But it's made me think a lot and widen my views, precisely because it gave me something to argue against. So here's what I think, from my point of view:

I think Vhaltz's a person who really cares about other people, and about making a difference. There are plenty of people who just help others to listen to their thanks and to how much they owe them, but he's different. He cares about what he's going to achieve with his actions.

He's also a person who hasn't gone through much hardship in his life, so his brain is not messed up at all. This doesn't mean he can't be angry, sad or whatever, it's just that he's so sane. It's also very easy to talk about things in a reasonable way with him if you know how, probably because of that. It's not because we're dating, since he was like that from before.

Moreover, he's usually super good at making others comfortable around him and getting other people to love him. He's super helpful, motivated and can really give good advice when you need it. He also knows to keep secrets, and he doesn't trespass the boundaries one one's own privacy. Generally, he trusts people and he has faith in them as well. But if someone's not trustwothy, he usually realises about it. However, he's very introverted, and won't usually talk about his own personal things.

He's way too passive sometimes, though. It takes him super long to decide on things, sometimes irrelevant stuff, because he wants to always make the best choice, and the times there's not a “best choice” he just gets stuck and doesn't know what to do.

Yeah, that's me. This one is one fan version of Damara Megido, from Homestuck. The one with the moustache is not really a cosplay, more like me picking clothes from my wardrobe to dress up as mafia. lol

I think I will! I'm kind of worn out after joining several EIMMs but there's something I want to try doing.

One of my friends from my hometown sent me a Youtube link to this song back in... 2010, maybe? I really loved it, so I kept listening to it, and then moved to different Touhou songs. I began to wonder where did all that music and those pictures of cute girls came from as well, so I investigated a little bit and found out that Touhou is a game. I downloaded Touhou 7, since that's the game the song I first listened to was from, and played, and I was extremely disappointed with ZUN's art. But the game was super fun, so I kept trying to beat it! At first I had no idea about the controls, so I didn't shoot nor use focus.

Eventually I stopped talking to my friend for reasons so I tried to find other people to talk with about Touhou, and got in the infamous Spanish Touhou forum.

Sometimes I do! Some of the mangas I like are Kaiji, Akagi and Liar Game, but my absolutely favourite manga is Ikigami! It's about some alternate version of Japan where there's a law that forces children to get a vaccine when they are small. 1 out of every 1000 injections contains a nano capsule which will activate at the ages between 18 and 24, killing the person. The people who have it recieve a warning, or “ikigami”, 24 hours before their death. The story is focused around the actions of the guy who hands the ikigami to people, and on the stories of the people who recieve the ikigami.

I watch a lot of anime while sewing, but I don't like most of them. My favourite anime is Rozen Maiden Züruckspulen, altough I can't say anything about it because everything would be a spoiler. Some other animes I've enjoyed are Shaman King (except the end), Fate Zero (specially the end) and Another (except part of the end).

8) why don't the rest of your gang come here to play mafia anymore?

Well, it's hard to convince people to play mafia, and honestly I don't try anymore. I don't even have time to play myself right now, anyways.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm... I guess Pepe the frog? Sometimes people come up with fun ways to use it, but generally I feel like people expect anything by this meme to be fun, but what they come up with is not fun nor creative at all.

Not sure if this has been asked already, but what was your favorite mafia game on SF?

Assuming you mean games where I've played (since I don't really have much to say about games I haven't played):

As town: Quickhammer mafia. Yeah, not kidding. When I play mafia as town it always ends up being a really stressful experience for me, yet that time people managed to screw things up before I could screw up myself. I appreciated the quickhammers, as those came in just before I could care about the game, so I didn't have to argue lynching who I wanted to lynch. And then I was nightkilled before LyLo, so I could blame the town loss on other people!

Also, nobody suspected me, so I didn't have to defend myself. Not like it was due to towniness, but rather, when half of the playerlist is quickhammering it's hard to focus on what other people are doing! I really, really hate defending myself, because even if I consider I'm good at it I hate justifying my actions, and people take forever to understand what I mean so I have to explain the same thing over and over again in different ways until I come up with a way to be understood.

Moreover, I got to protect my beloved Dormio.

As scum: Fantasy mafia. It was my first real scum game, so I was really motivated. I couldn't focus on it as much as I wanted because I was also playing SFMM4 (also scum, yay), but I managed to look townie on most people's eyes and after the beginning of D1 nobody really suspected me. Just the opposite, people were townreading me~ It's a pity the game was abandoned, I think scum was in a really good position to win. SB was beginning to bus me though, and I hate being bussed even if I say I'm ok with it to my teammates, so maybe the game was stopped at the best time.

What games do you like other than Touhou?

Other than Touhou, my favourite games are Golden Sun and Portal! Here are my opinions on them, spoiler-free:

Golden Sun (1 and 2) really marked my childhood, and in spite of how much time has passed I still think those were really good games. I think the story is super good and manages to keep getting more interesting the further you advance in the game. In Golden Sun 2 I like how you're explained the story gradually; at first you don't understand why you're supposed to do what you're supposed to do, but little by little it begins to make sense. There are also a couple of really good plot twists, altough I might have expected them if I were to see them for the first time nowadays. Also, I loved the puzzle stuff! Those were really original, and managed to keep being entretaining but never too hard. Exploring the world was amazing too, specially when you're given freedom to go to a lot of different places in no given order.

Portal was also amazing, specially Portal 2. The Aperture Science facility is enormous, and exploring it was so interesting. Also combining exploring and puzzles is the most amazing idea ever, since it gives you interesting stuff to do and motivates you to keep going further. I also loved the visuals and the music, and overall all the elements combined created an atmosphere that made me really involved with the game. Story-wise Portal is very simple, even the sequel, yet very effective. I think the ambientation really goes well with it, and even if the game focuses more on feeling the moment, you never actually lose track of your objectives. Voices are also good, and the lines are really well picked. Rather than being explained a story, you keep gathering pieces of information to compose what's going on yourself. You're barely ever told anything directly, but the story is designed so that you will definitely pick up on the right plot stuff at the right moments.

Other games that I've also really enjoyed are the Zero Escape series (just finished playing Virtue's Last Reward today!), Fire Emblem 9, Hotel Dusk, The Stanley Parable, Another Code, Mogeko's Castle and SCP: Containment Breach.

How mad were you at the Liar Game ending?

Not that mad, really. I was really sad and disappointed, though, because it was very clear that the ending was rushed and it needed a lot more chapters to be developed in a proper way. I think the idea itself was ok, even if it clashes a bit with the plot and it does not seem that realistic.
