Good point, good point. On rout maps though, maybe they can retreat off the map completely and it'd count? Which would still be annoying if they had a weapon or item they'd drop you wanted. My idea for the bird tribes would really add something to laguz in general. Laguz have to have some system in place for healers, even if they can't use healing magic.
