Going through Paper's posts, what did you mean by that bolded bit? How was the claim supposed to prevent info roles from targeting you?

"because he does this shit as town" is basically what I feel about Elie's Shinori case. Shinori flakes because of work + video games all the time, and his reads are generally sparsely backed up either way. There's nothing I feel is really scummy. I don't think Ether getting depressed is indicative of an alignment. I don't really buy the modconf Cowbell thing either. I thought Paperblade had more contribution than he actually does. I'd be okay with that shot among the night-talkers.

Worse all phase long? Shinori didn't even post until almost 3/4s of the way through the phase. I can get that Scorri is his only solid read, and that a bunch of unexplained reads aren't much, but you can't just discount them entirely.

@Elie- How was Shinori's vote on Scorri a complete and total park if he didn't even vote for her until there were 7 hours left in the phase? Also hindsight is 20/20 etc, if he was town he didn't know that Scorri wasn't. And I also thought it was slightly bad that she didn't have a single suspicious thing to point out among all the night players. I can see what you're saying about Shinori not explaining most of his reads all that well, but that's generally par for the course for Shinori as either alignment, so meh. @Weapons- idk if I was the mod and someone asked a rule-related question, I'd answer it even if I knew they already knew the answer. I don't think that's bastard modding.

I don't understand how 121/124 is a modslip? SB explained the rules. Cowbell may not be the user from Smogon, but his posts didn't have the tone of someone playing in their first game ever. If Prims wants to shoot a night player, I'd vote for Strawman or Kay fwiw. Strawman, can you explain your reasoning behind the reads in your announcement?

I do it for desert items and to rig crits with Killers, as well as for some bosses if they have high evade (Aion and Carlyle come to mind). I think rigging levels in a draft run is kind of lame but meh.

I forgot to say; I approve of this post. It's true that not much was happening, but a reaction test on a pretty classic RVS OMGUS feels sort of forced to me. And Blitz still said nothing about most of the day players even near the end of D1 when he was back, including the target of his reaction test, even though a bunch of stuff had happened at that point, like the Kirsche vs Rein argument. He never said anything directly about Scorri either. He asks anonymous why they'd rather lynch Shinori before Scorri, which sort of implies that he finds Scorri a little suspicious at least, but the tone in his last post when he was speaking to Scorri doesn't sound like how someone would speak to someone they find suspicious. I guess the best word for it is too nice? Prims, how willing are you to shoot someone in the day? Or anyone other than me, really?

If you shot Shin, I guess I'd swap to Kay? tbh I'd rather lynch Scorri than Kay because I feel that my Kay townread is stronger than my Scorri one, who's mostly null atm.

I would rather you shot Shin tbh. I don't think the argument that you applied to Objection about not realizing you were a Dayvig necessarily applies to Shin, since you might never have come up in the scum qt if Objection isn't part of the team. I think Kay's stubbornness is a stronger towntell.

I guess the Kay Hated thing is not as much of a towntell ##Vote: Shin Cam's case on Shin looks good to me.

Yeah, I can only message day people in the day. Rein was my only townread after that phase. There sure is something wrong when he's the most active person in the thread. Speaking of Rein, if your persuade is mandatory Elie, Blitz or Ether probably make better targets. Null on Kirsche, but a question- Did you say you found me slightly scummy because of my question asking you what your opinion of me was in your message, or because you found something in my message to be scummy? I thought it was the former at first, but when Rein said something about it being the latter, you didn't refute him. I thought Scorri was slightly suspicious, but I also explicitly told Rein that I wouldn't lynch her today over Cowbell or Blitz so ;/ Like Prims said, I don't see why Cowbell could have faked the no-kills thing? People are writing him off as a newb, but his language seemed to indicate at least somewhat of a familiarity with mafia, and IIRC Prims was asking pre-game in IRC if he was the Cowbell from Smogon, in which case he has at least OC mafia experience. Blitz is also pretty bad, he chose to "reaction test" Ether even though with his limited activity he should know that's kind of a shitty idea? Also even though he wanted to lynch among day players from the start, he talked more about night players than about day players in both of his two content posts. The only day player opinions he gave were about Cowbell at the end, but that was just refuting the argument that he was town because of the no-kill thing rather than actually saying why he was scummy. He never even said anything about Ether (or anyone else) after his "reaction test". I was null on Ether for most of the phase because he's had trouble generating content early on as town in all his recent games. What he said about Scorri was much more high level than anything I'd expect from him early on, which kind of gives me the feeling that someone might have told him what to say. Dunno about Shinori.

I thought Kay was scummier earlier, but her frustration felt genuine and I think it was Cam that brought up the thing where it doesn't make much sense for Kay as scum to keep tunneling Boron when three people had voted her for it. That feels more likely to be town stubbornness. wrt Cam I don't think his hammer on Weapons means much. He'd been spotted viewing the thread and been asked specifically to vote. It would have looked really bad at that point if he hadn't. Fudge I just realized that for scum!Shin to try and assign Hated to Kay, even if there was no discussion based on that, he would have had to have forgotten the day's worth of discussion it took for Weapons to assign Hated to Kirsche. adgafdfg i'm going to sleep

Actually I had a feeling this shot was also a fake, and Grass or his buddies might have thought the same, or at least that it was worth not spilling the beans right away. I don't think this proves as much as the Refa reaction test tbh. Still unsure which of Grass and Shin I want to lynch right now... I think I remember Grass saying at some point that he didn't remember me ever saying anything about him, which isn't really true. I said in the post where I unvoted Refa that I'm considering voting for him.
