I don't agree that if guns are illegal there is no difference in how many people have them. There would be a huge difference. SlayerX with the common sense, you're an idiot post taken care of. You DO need to shoot or kill to defend yourself. You at least need the mindset. My dad has told me a story of one of my relatives who got robbed and had a gun but she didn't have the balls to shoot it and the robber called her bluff. The threat is only as good as the action behind it.

How can you prefer video game music to "real" music? That is so illogical. Would you not like the music if it wasn't in video games? EDIT: Forgot it... 1 2 3 to tha 4! Edward and Jill from part one. I like Haar, Mia, Shinnon, Boyd and @Crash, due to time and loss of interest. 1-2: Edward heads right and uses wrath on some mofos. Nolan goes straight up. Laura/Leo block the ledges so everyone stays safe. Then Nolan heads for the chest area while everyone else marches towards the boss/exit area. Turn 8 Sothe steals the drop and the map is cleared. Micaiah levels up everything but speed and strength. Ed gets Hp/str/skill/luck. 1-3: Edward has 22HP, 9strength, 0 Magic, 14 Skill, 13 speed, 9 luck, 6 defense and no resistence. Micaiah has 16 HP, 2 str, 9 magic and skill, 7 speed, 12 luck, 3 defense and 6 res. Went right, escaped on turn 6. hate this goddamn map.

I'm putting RD to bed. This is probably my final playthrough using my favorite characters on my favorite mode.(Hard) I'm going to be playing efficiently from a time stand point. Beating the maps quickly but I will incorporate a few of my riskier strategies. 1-P: Ed gets HP str skill defence on his level up. I think I 8 or 9 turned it. Pretty boring, Ed couldn't Wrath the boss so it sucked. Should I give Dracoshield to Edward? Normally it goes to Nolan but I don't wanna use him to much 1-1: I'm going a little aggressive, Nolan attacks the guy infront of the church and Edward stands 1 space below and 1 space left so there is a barrier formed to keep micaiah safe but Ed can only take 1 hit a turn. Turn 3 I move Nolan forwards to take on the axe man a couple spaces below the boss while the other 3 deal with the remaining guys around the church. Finish everything up and by turn 5 I've got an annoying bowman, and two guys on my escape tiles. Nolan and Ed both move up and take a vulnerary right in front of the dudes they'll kill. Turn 6 ed kills the boss, Nolan gets his handaxe from leo and Micaiah escapes. Miccy gets Magic/Luck/Res. I'll start putting out stats after this level. Ed gets HP/Skill/Speed and a weapon level up.

Yeah, don't stockpile BEXP unless you have a plan for it. Best use of BEXP is for units who have capped a couple of the stats they have best growths in. Examples are like when Aran starts to cap defense/Strength/Skill, you BEXP him so he gets lots of speed level ups. Don't treat bexp levels like they're normal levels. That's important if your just getting used to it. Relying on Haar and Ike and other units like that isn't as bad as you may think. Certain characters are necessary to certain maps, no way to get around it.(Although my first PT of RD I didn't even recruit Haar. I DIDN'T FUCKING RECRUIT HIM!![he led me in kills the 2nd time around]) But it can be a lot of fun to get by using weaker units. The best way to get innovative is to play in a draft or limit yourself to 10-15 characters + the Ike/Micaiah/Sothe's of the game. Nothing is set in stone on how to get better. Most of it is just from playing the game more and more and reading about/discussing strategies. People will always be helpful in IP chat or you can just make more specific posts here. EDIT: oh, and to raise your characters more efficiently: Never go on killing sprees with Ike/Sothe/Volug/Haar, always make sure the units you're training are dealing the lethal blows, and always have a paragon or two around.

So let me get this straight, when some people played through the game they were like " Man fuck this guy he's too cool?" He can't counter ranged weapons until 3-11. So there's that. He isn't even your best unit until part 4,(Haar) and even then you've got some people who you could say are better.(Tibarn, Nailah, Cain etc.)

I'm sorry I didn't read the entire topic but this is a very interesting topic to somebody from Texas and i wanted to throw in my two pennies. Really hate that I'm agreeing with you to a degree on my own countries laws. I don't agree with that. You think they'd hand out guns just as easily? SOME people will get them regardless, but not all people who might use guns maliciously. I think it's bogus that people can have fully automatics. And something else --Don't know if it's been brought up or not-- is that Mexican and southern american gangs have guns that are largely supplied from the USA. Somebody who is in a bad spot financially(And I mean really bad, people have some decency) and lives in southern Texas could possibly make some money supplying drug cartels. Wouldn't it be at least a little better if all those cartels could get are handguns? That seems like the best compromise. People can still defend themselves, but nobody can go on killing rampages like you can with an AR. I know plenty of people who carry handguns with them almost 24/7. So I hate to defend the rednecks but I don't run into a theatre or any public place and start shooting around where i live. Some hick would shoot my ass up. Bottom line for me: I don't like anybody carrying a gun around but you do have to look at it from a few perspectives. As a start I think fully automatics need to go away to the general public. What's it worth?

deep thought bro. Sometimes we get really happy when something good happens for free and we might totally overrate it. But if you had to pay for the same thing it is much less enjoyable. Can happen visa versa. Good example is vacationing. We've all been with super stressed out people who HAVE to have a good time.(Because it is expensive)

I have no problem with it, Nolan is a great director so as long as his movies continue to be good he can put Owen Wilson in them and I'll watch them. Well... Maybe not owen wilson but you get the point
