  1. Hector: No, no, no! I'll do it! Ike: Not if I have a say about it! Great Ae..... (Est kills Medeus) Est: YESZ! Hector: Well.....I guess that's over with. Ike: Good work, Est. Medeus, will you now hold a grudge against Est and the rest of Macedon for defeating you instead of Marth?
  2. People began to wonder what this sign meant. A regime of a mighty dictator, destroyed in one mighty blast..... For a brief moment, people stopped playing Fire Emblem and began to hold candlelight vigils for all the people killed in the blast. In the meantime, a new ruler needed to be chosen for North Korea.....
  3. Altenna: He still treats me like his little sister. Arion: That's because you are my little sis--I mean, dearly beloved. Altenna: You have GOT to work on that. People are going to think we're having incest! Arion: All of Thracia thought that we were brother and sister, Altenna. It is going to take time for everyone to learn the truth. Altenna: Fine. Well, I wonder how my brother Leaf is doing..... That isn't my question, though. My question is this: Lyn, do you ever let your hair down and relax, or do you always keep it in that ponytail?
  4. Even so, the internet couldn't handle all the Fire Emblem awesomeness. Little kids would go to bed, seeing grids and Wyvern Riders every time they closed their eyes..... Fire Emblem soon became a cult craze. The developers at IS soon realized that they were powerless to stop their own creation..... The world was once again at the brink of destruction.
  5. Ike: I fight for my friends, but I don't give gifts to them. Ike, how would you like to have your fellow Super Smash Bros. in your mercenary group?
  6. Perfectly, but it's better than my name rhyming with FART! Nergal: The Dragon's Gate leads to many realms. Ness: PK Fire! (PK Fire comes through the gate and hits Nergal) Nergal: Bwaarrgggh! Marth, what if your fellow Smash Bros. were Fire Emblem characters under your command?
  7. Then Marth would have become the Emperor instead. But Marth would refuse to marry Nyna and Caeda would be the Empress instead. Thus, the holy lineage of Archanea would come to an end, but Marth's line would continue on. Nyna would spend the rest of her days crying and weeping for the loss of both Camus and Hardin..... What if everyone but Marth died in Book 1? ("Everyone" means player characters)
  8. The in game description for affinity is: "Elemental affinity. Determines compatibility with other units." But the player can look in the Support library after the game is beaten and see all the support options, so the guide shouldn't be fooling anyone. The guide may have meant that if units that have the same compatibility stay adjacent to each other, they can eventually support. Can you check the NP guide again and see what it exactly says?
  9. Jake: I don't teach other men stuff. I only have time for the ladies. Anna: Jake! I'm the only lady you have time for, right? Jake: Of course, Anna. Dart, are you aware that your name rhymes with fart?
  10. Nergal: Nils, Ninian, I am your father. Nils: What!? Th-That's impossible! Ninian: No! Nergal: Now, come and obey your father! Eliwood: Nergal, enough of your lies! Nergal: But it is true, Eliwood! Their mother is Aenir, a dragon. I loved.... Hector: We don't want to hear anymore! (Hector cuts Nergal down) Nergal: Gaa.....Not like this.....I will not die....like this.....With my last breath....tremble....and despair.... Ninian: But, our mother.....She was named Aenir. How did Nergal know.....? Lyn: Nergal was just lying to you, like when he coaxed you through the Dragon's Gate. Nils: You're right, Lady Lyn. You're right..... What if Ragnell could increase Res by 5 as well as Def? @ Light Lord: I was envisioning a blue haired boy that used magic, and a silver haired girl that used swords. But it doesn't matter to me.
  11. Ninian: I guess you're the first. Ike, have you ever wanted to teach Shinon some respect?
  12. Serenes Forest could not handle the overflow of Fire Emblem games and JRPGs, so it crashed.
  13. But then we realized it wasn't as good as Fire Emblem, so we began to demand that IS make some more Fire Emblems for us (in addition to New Mystery).
  14. Celice: Well, Julia already has Skasaher, so that means I get Altenna.....Wait, what am I saying? I'm an honorable man of the Chalphy family! I'm not supposed to be engaging in incest! Ike, do you still think back upon your old mercenary group? Any....ladies you want to see again?
  15. Now THAT would be cool. Now Ike could be the father of Micaiah's children instead of Sothe's children. Micaiah: General Ike, I..... Ike: What is it, Micaiah? Micaiah: Before.....I hated you for destroying Daein. Ike: I knew that the people of Daein were suffering. Believe me, Micaiah, we wanted to help them. Micaiah: Jill told me about how you gave some of your supplies to the people of Talrega. You helped people who were your enemies.....Sothe always praised you so much, and now I understand why. You try to keep it hidden, but you're a very kind person. Ike: I fight for my friends, you know. And you're one of my friends, Micaiah. Micaiah: General Ike, I..... Sothe: C'mon, WTF is this?!?!?! Now in the ending, Micaiah would go with Ike when he goes off exploring, instead of becoming Queen of Daein. Their children would be a blue haired magic user and a silver haired swordswoman. What if Meg started to pursue other members of the Dawn Brigade, like Leonardo?
  16. I agree with your first statement, as bases are RNG proof (unless considering Hard Mode bonuses from the GBA games, which can only help you). Growths are only reliable if they are 100% or above. They may or may not work out for you. But, Fire Emblem is based on chance quite a bit, so growths cannot be ignored. Movement is a very important stat for those who want to clear maps quickly. And yes, an 8 Mov unit always has that mobility advantage over a 6 Mov unit, terrain restrictions aside. However, the topic creator seems to be focusing on results in battle, meaning when one unit directly engages another in combat. Movement has no impact on Hit%, Dmg, Crt%, or AS, so that is why movement is being ignored at the moment.
  17. From what I understand, since the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23), death is required to atone for sin. God said in the Old Testament that blood represents life (Leviticus 17:14). So when animals were sacrificed, their blood was shed to atone for sin. One view is that God was using this as a teaching tool, to show people the serious consequences of sin. Sacrifices had to be without blemish. In the same way, Jesus was considered without blemish because he didn't have any sin in him. So Jesus was able to atone for all the sins of the world. Many of you have said that God could have chosen to forgive mankind through some other way. I don't disagree with you there, but that is the method that God chose according to the Bible. Maybe God could have just wiped us all out instead. I, for one, would rather accept the atonement that cost me nothing than to face the punishment for my sins. Jesus wants people to accept his sacrifice, otherwise he would not have done it. It's not like Jesus stayed dead forever, you know? He was resurrected. But make no mistake, Jesus did suffer. I think that anyone who would accept Christ needs to appreciate what Christ went through, and not make light of sin. We only know what the Bible says, regarding why God needed blood as an atonement for sin.
  18. Est: The middle one. Palla, how do you put up with your sisters' antics?
  19. Eirika, realizing that Seth could never pay full attention to her while he was trying to outdo his rival Shanan, decided to take down Shanan herself. Eirika went and attacked Shanan, but Shanan easily knocked Sieglinde out of her hands with one flick of the Balmung. Shanan then grabbed Eirika and said "Why is a beautiful girl like you trying to kill me? Please, do not throw away your life." Shanan released Eirika and walked away. Eirika was stunned. She started to fall in love with Shanan.....
  20. Catria: Est might be kind of a screw up, but.....she is my little sister. I don't mind bailing her out when she gets nabbed by pirates. Luke and Rody wanted to come with us, but they don't have flying horses, so they couldn't. Catria, how come you never told Marth about the second Falchion you found while in Valencia? (Palla and Est may answer as well.)
  21. After Micaiah's death, the GameFAQers disbanded. Some of them decided to become SF members, blending in so that no one could tell the difference. In the meantime, Shanan, the head of LB's Swordmaster Army, was in love with his female lord. But then a Paladin named Seth began to join the ranks.....
  22. Some of the GameFAQers could not get over their loss to the SF Army. As the generations passed, some of the SFers began to treat the GameFAQers harshly, forcing them into labor camps. The GameFAQers faced poverty and starvation as their field lay fallow. But, one of the GameFAQers, with silver hair, had had enough.....
  23. Cecil: I.....think.....he's handsome! Wow, this Cecil is so much more of a man than Luke and Rody. Too bad he's already got Rosa, though. Edward and Leonardo, you don't think Micaiah is a Mary Sue, do you?
  24. After hearing Bartre's incredible rick rolling, we were all brought to tears, so we put down our weapons and quit fighting. The 8 year olds on the GameFAQs side were spared from death. After SF had finished subduing all of the GameFAQ territories, many of the GameFAQers started to quit being so fail, learning from the SFers.
  25. It's my favorite as well. Don't have a video of it, though.
