I would like to see DLC packs for each game so that everything is represented. Basically make it what it should've been in the first place.

I guess all I would really want to see is Camus / Xander and Merric / Robin, just for the sake of it. I can't think of any interesting conversations really.

It's already been said by now, but I just really was hoping for more of a celebration of the entire series. I don't dislike the games chosen like some do, but I still find it quite disappointing. But I think it's better to just leave it to the people that will enjoy this instead. Maybe a "complete edition" will come out someday so I won't have to spend $60 for the base games + another $60 for all the DLC. Who knows. Though if the game has Camus and Merric in its roster, and it goes on sale I'd consider it. Until then, have fun. No need to linger on this any longer.

Yes, that is the point of these games. Otherwise I'd play one of the dedicated musou series that aren't just intended to be a game for fanservice.

Don't forget that the two new lords are using swords. Honestly I'm running out of reasons to purchase a Switch, if FEW had a good roster I would've been on that ASAP. I just hope Mario Odyssey is good. I also want to hope FE Switch will be good but I can't make assumptions when we know absolutely nothing and won't for a good while.

Save all your pegasus cheese to give to that enthusiast in Zofia Castle. He'll give you Exotic Spices which can be traded for 3 gold marks each. I'm not quite sure how often you can do it, I remember doing it once in each act that I could. Don't bother with Mercurius btw

I love it. People hyped up the last two games' music(which were still good, don't get me wrong), but I feel like this one definitely reached, and exceeded, my expectations. My favourite tracks are the Act 2 and 4 map themes, so atmospheric. Duma's battle theme is great too. I'm not too crazy about the final map theme, but then again chorus in FE just does nothing for me.

I might drop some orbs for Charlotte just for the novelty of it. She's hilarious. Don't really care about brides though, I didn't expect grooms but it could've been cool. I think the best thing about this is that characters like Caeda and Charlotte can even GET alt versions. Sure they aren't unpopular by any means but there are many others they could've chosen. Gives me hope for future events.

The trailer seems to imply that Archanea, Awakening and Fates are the heart of the series and nothing else matters, so I (generously) expect: Ylisse: Chrom, Lucina, Olivia, Cordelia, Tharja, Robin, Validar, Aversa Fateslandia: Corrin, Camilla, Hinoka, Elise, Sakura, Leo, Takumi, Xander, Ryoma, Garon Classic Series 1 (DLC): Marth, Tiki, Medeus Classic Series 2 (DLC): Kris, Anna, Wrys This is me being generous, now. I think it's best that you don't expect TOO much. After all, I'm sure Omega Force is putting their everything into this upcoming spinoff in the Fire Emblem franchise, but this is just the first entry and they're only testing the waters. You have to realise they are people too, so don't get too upset if your random obscure character didn't make it in.

It just feels like there wasn't much thought put behind her inclusion. If she had, say, managed to find another passion in life I'd like her! But she doesn't. I honestly have no idea why they added her, I guess to make Alm look good? Well, I guess I do like her actually, but it just feels like a waste. I wish they had done SOMETHING else with her.

Is there any way to completely avoid skirmishes? I'm honestly sick of doing these over and over again and the "Retreat" command doesn't work. I'm honestly baffled that they would force these onto you, it's really hurting the game for me.

Atlas has been amazing for me, gameplay-wise anyway. I also find him amusing to have around. I think I dislike Python the most. He doesn't strike me as particularly interesting and I don't like his attitude. Plus he's been pretty bad for me, thankfully I have Tobin to fill the archer spot, who has been quite good.
