I see a double standard. Hit doesn't mean much... Unless you're using it to criticize a weapon. Low skill doesn't mean much... If you have an accurate weapon. Let's turn that around. I wouldn't want to use a low skill unit as a bosskiller, now would I? Also, inaccurate weapons don't matter when you have high skill (See: FE8 Luna).

Which will you rely on, skill or weapon base hit? It is useful if it makes heavy or inaccurate items plausible.
