Takumi: Gunnthra gets 7.4, so there's no chance Takumi comes back - Gunnthra wins (100% sure) Laevatein v. Azura: Azura gets 7.4, and I don't believe Laevatein will rally back - Azura wins (90% sure) Hrid v. Corrin: This is rather interesting - I can't tell if this will ping-pong or if Corrin will rally back in time; Hrid has outscored Corrin in non-multiplier hours, but both teams have scored relatively close to each other in multipliers. Who knows how this will unfold? - no confidence in calling this

@Astellius Congrats on finishing the Whitewing sisters! That's gotta feel good to have those weapons finally refined on all of them! I'm yet to +10 a flier, but maybe I will later this year.

It's painful using team 1 at times, but both of them get the job done. I just crossed 65,000 points, but I'm making up for lost ground and should find myself in top 1K tomorrow and stay there to the end.

Well - I've eyed the December legendary and NY 2018 rerun banners for the last 3 months. I had 711 F2P orbs saved up with these goals in mind: 1 copy of NY!Azura 2+ merges for OG Fjorm (+2 coming in) 2+ merges for L!Hector (unmerged coming in) 1 copy of SF!Nino 1 copy of L!Azura 1 copy of Summer Camilla Here are the results: NY 2018 rerun (200-orb limit or NY!Azura, whichever came first): December legendary banner: Here are the complete stats of my summons if anyone is curious. My 5* rate is a little low for the December legendary banner, but the great IVs more than make up for it! I'm overall very pleased! Thank you to everyone who saw me summon!

@DLNarshen Congrats on that final merge for Narcian! I guess we're going to bounce back and forth in arena together! @daisy jane You made it back to T19! That extra orb has to feel good! Congrats! @Maaka I regret not going to Top 3K in AA with this weak water/wind combo; I probably could've done it if I got 5,214+ like I've been getting the last 2 weeks. I only got 5,208. Anyway, back to T21 I go in arena with a 3,730, rank 1,896/16,787. W!Cecilia with Atk/Res Bond and Atk/Def Bond did a lot better than I thought she would. No defense wins again, though.

@Zeo Congratulations on finally pulling that last Matthew! Great haul with those Eirs, SF!Nino, Summer Camilla, L!Hector and of course, Matthew! I'll have nearly 700 F2P orbs tomorrow when I summon from the December legendary banner sniping blue and green for OG Fjorm and L!Hector merges and the NY 2018 rerun for NY!Azura. @Maaka Thanks for the encouragement! Hopefully I'll pull L!Azura Tuesday. My defense doesn't cut it these days, but if I get her it'll help a lot. Nice score! 1 of the 3 who made T20 last week made it to the promised land of T21: "I beat FEH?" You apparently did! Here's a glorious image for me: Top 3K at last with my score of 8,520 and rank 2,556! (I actually made it Week 1, but fell apart week 2, and I've been clawing my way back since to reach this point. Boy does it feel good to make it again!)

That's brutal to eat a -80 at that critical juncture, @DLNarshen. @Maaka @Alkaid Congrats on making T20! @Stroud @Raven Congrats on making T19! Way to persevere, Stroud! I'm so happy for you! @mampfoid Good to see you in T19 - sorry about that loss that might've cost you Top 3K.... I made to T19! I actually clinched yesterday with 8,300, but Top 3K was still up for grabs. Today: I won 2 +140 battles with double Eirs! My final score for this season is 8,520, currently at a rank of 2,507, which shouldn't fall out. I ate a defense loss of -60 or -80 every single day this week (total loss: 4 -80's and 3 -60's for -500). I'll buy the 6th defense slot in a couple of days; I want the bonus structure on offense first. Now like most folks I can relax and test teams before a serious push to T20 in a week.

I'm nearly to T19: I notched two +140 battles today, with the Escape Ladder still available. I'm now at 8,180 with a -80 defense loss today. I only need 180 points to safely secure T19, which assumes two more -80 defense losses; I still have four battles left, so as long as I don't blow it, I should make it. This is a good idea. I went crazy last week in my failed attempt to get to T19 in a non-light season, so I decided to relax and just maintain T18. It's honestly not worth working yourself up if you can't make it work. More opportunities will come. Good luck!

The best thing that came out for me was the release of Combat Manuals. I was reluctant to send heroes home because I like a healthy stash of heroes for SI, but this feature made my life significantly easier - I went from over 1000 heroes in my barracks down to just over 400 from combat manuals alone. Kudos to IS for doing that. The changes to Tempest Trials this year were great as well. Now all bonus units are 40%, and the event is shortened from 14 to 10 days, with the points needed for all rewards permanently halved. While I wish the mini TTs were back, I absolutely love what they did to TTs to make it easier for folks. I love the introduction of the Free Summon Tickets. Now there's a much better chance to get a free 5* hero on certain banners. I wish we could save summon tickets for other banners, but just this feature per se is a godsend. There's a lot more for me to like than dislike in this game. I could list them all, but then it'd be a long essay. I still enjoy this game very much, and hopefully this stays true for a long time. Here's to 2019!

Congrats! It's better to be safe than sorry - those 2,000 extra feathers are nice to have around! It sounds like the Top 1K cutoff was somewhere around 210-215K, the lowest since the mini-TTs in January. (I'd love an HM cap increase for the 2-year anniversary.)

Eek - I'm sorry to hear that... There is an 8-day season coming after next season, so that'll be a golden opportunity to try for T19 then. Good luck! Ouch.... My condolences. I hope you make it to T19!

I got score 253,034, which is good for rank 117. Wow - the cutoff must have been very low for Top 1K. I only spent 25 stamina potions instead of the usual 30-35. W!Cecilia capped her HM, along with 8 other heroes. 63,000 feathers total - 11,000 from score, 10,000 for rank and 42,000 (84 times 500) from HM grinding. Not bad!

Per the update board, the 3.1.0 update will finally allow us to upgrade the Aether Fountain to Level 3 (70 aether/day). The catapult can also be upgraded to Level 4 at that time. The season starting on January 7 at 7 AM GMT will be an eight-day season, with all future seasons starting at the same time as Arena/AA. For me, this will be a golden opportunity to get to T20, since I'll likely get to T19 by this season's end and I'll coast next week. Legendary Heroes can now receive stat boots from Mythic Heroes in AR, and vice versa elsewhere. (No effect on Blessed Gardens.)

@mampfoid Way to go this week! I'm at 7,980 myself, going at a steady 2 battle/day pace (I actually could battle again now, but I don't feel like it). It looks like I won't need to bless Laevatein; as long as I get 220 + 320 (defense insurance; probably only need 240 instead of 320) = 540 points the next three days over six battles, I'll likely join you in T19! I still have one use of the Escape Ladder available if I need it. More blessings would be nice from Blessed Gardens. @Garlyle Well done! With your place in T18 nearly secured, you can likely relax next season. It's very difficult to get to T19 when it's not light season, as I can attest to, without a relatively decent defense team and a perfect offense. It can be done, though! @Baldrick What's your current score right now? What are you scoring on average each offense?

My mind has been set on this banner for three months. I'm not thrilled either about Azura getting another alt, but my goal is Fjorm and L!Hector merges. I'm planning to spend at least 500 orbs that I've saved for this banner on New Year's Day sniping blue and green. Goals: Top priority: 2 merges each for Fjorm and L!Hector Not the most important, but would be useful: Summer Camilla for Hone Fliers and a fast flying blue mage Flying Nino for a fast flying green mage Legendary Azura (two copies would be nice so that I can fodder one off for Blue Flying Duel) Low priority: Helbindi L!Marth - only if there's no blue or green orbs OR I'm pitybroken at 10%+ Not important at all: All the colorless units (have them all, including 3 Eirs and Veronicas each) Flora Summer Y!Tiki (have a +Atk version already) I'm not incredibly happy about Duel skills now being given to legendary heroes; this is worrisome.

@Landmaster Thanks for the request! I just accepted it. I should have clarified a bit better - I don't have many good fliers to offer to other folks as my lead; they'd almost all be F2P staples except maybe H!Mia or Flying Olivia; my Cordelia I'm leading with now is my most built flier as it is. I actually have a decent number of friends who have great fliers, e.g. +10 Catria, +10 Laegjarn, but your H!Nowi will be useful! Thanks again! @daisy jane Thanks for the S!Tana!
