I'm pretty sure that the next staff member to retire will be one of these two. The other ones are unlikely for various reasons. Shuuda doesn't wear himself out dealing with the memberbase, Fireman has been around a while and I don't see it changing soon (though I could be wrong). Tangerine is new and it will take her at least 6 months to burnout. Vincent doesn't moderate anyways, and Jysoua would need to stop paying for the site to retire.

I was clearly voting for all of those generals. When the most distinguishing feature between them is "What you drop," I think that its safe to lump them all together. As for Ashnard, its not my fault you didn't specify at the start what constitutes "generic." Furthermore, an argument could be made for Ashnard being generic anyways.

I have a theory that the soldiers in TP are being mind-controlled by Zelda. When they're in her vicinity they're the bravest things ever, throwing their lives away without a care. However, once they go far enough away she can't exert enough control over them, they revert to their scared, worthless selves. Unfortunately for Zelda her powers aren't very well developed, and so her effective range doesn't even cover the castle.
