  1. I would like a civil war setting, of re-unifying a big country after a succession crisis splits it up. I think that would be new for the series.
  2. Is there a list of the classes of the game floating around anywhere? I'd love to learn more about this.
  3. Is the Vestal class actually in the game? I haven't seen it, and the one character we thought it was for is titled a Witch when you fight her.
  4. It's interesting that in her own way, Reina is nearly as crazy and bloodthirsty as Peri is. But it's not as noticed as her Nohrian counterpart does. Perhaps due to her limited support options?
  5. That Leo comic explains quite a bit about Forrest now. :P
  6. There's actually quite a few unused classes listed in there, such as Mage Fighter, Dark Cavalier, Master Ranger, and what not.
  7. So, I know this project is only at 10% completion and I'm not very familiar with this SRPG Maker thing, but the overall gameplay will look a bit better once it gets more finished, right?
  8. It's strange how she looks older then both Sakura and Elise, yet there's always a stink about her looks in the supports, but no one bats an eyelash at those two.
  9. Jeez, if you didn't tell me that was Nohr, I would have thought it was The Outworld from Mortal Kombat or a place from WoW or something.
  10. Hinata/Felicia was a very pleasant support. From him helping her find something to be good at and to minimize her clumsiness, and it also flowed quite well.
  11. Since Roy got into SSMWU as a DLC, how long for an amiibo version/DLC for him to pop up?
  12. You do have a point, Taka, but Trabant's characterization was bolstered with Thracia 776. In just Genealogy alone, he comes off as a straight-up bad guy. I'm sorry if it seems like I'm needlessly picking apart Genealogy to prove a point, as I do really like both Jugdral games.
  13. The tone was darker, but it still wasn't any more morally conflicting. It's still super-evil child murderers and enslavers VS pure-hearted good guy resistance in part two. Part one was different, but even then, most of the foes Sigurd faces were still bastards like Chagall, Sandima, Leptor, Langobalt, the Jungby lord whose name escapes me at the moment, Trabant, the likes. Even Alvis had a dick move in flaunting Diadora before he BBQ'd Sigurd. But what my point is, in pretty much every FE game, you don't really come across a bad guy from the Lord's home area. Be it Altea, Chalphy, or Pherae. So, Hoshido is not unique in this area.
  14. Of the two axe wielders of Nohr, which promotions would Harold and Charlotte best be used for, Berserker or Hero?
  15. One small question I have about him that has been bugging me.
  16. @Taka-kun The big twist of Sigurd's death was definetly a good one, I will gladly admit that, but one thing bothers me about it: Why everyone trusted one of the most obviously evil bad guys in Manfroy. Granted, Alvis was blackmailed, but come on, Chagall and King of Verdane.
  17. One thing I have found very interesting is there are people here who lambast what is seen as too simplistic a tale of black and white morality, and yet there is so many here who put Genealogy on a pedestal, where especially the second part is even more simplistic. On one side, you have an empire who is kidnapping hundreds of children either to burn them alive to their dark god or brainwash them and oppress the common folk into near slavery and massacre anyone who resists and then there's the Liberation army who are all squeaky-clean and led by Celice, who is called everything short of the Messiah. I dunno, I would say the only real FE game to get morally grey is perhaps Radiant Dawn, if that. And that's only because Micaiah is leading the guys who were the bad guys from last game.
  18. I think when the first trailer literally labeled them as "Peace-Loving" Hoshido and "Glory-Seeking" Nohr that it was pretty clear how it was going to be.
  19. Out of curiosity, is the Nohr final boss the same class he usually is, or is it different on account of his possession?
  20. Just a quick bump as the trees have been cleaned up, mostly the class names, and such. Hopefully, for the better.
  21. But not every knight or samurai follows the code of chivalry/bushido to the letter. I think that would have been a whole lot more interesting then every single Hoshidoan being a goody two shoes 24/7.
  22. Oh, a pity. I dunno, I kind of liked the idea of the normally honorable guys being shown as rat bastards from an alternate point of view. Ah, well.
  23. Sure, why not? The more the merrier.
  24. And now the Fates-inspired one. New Primary & Secondary Weapons Triangle Style: *Myrmidon (Sword) **Trueblade (Sword) <-> Weapons Master (Sword, Lance and Axe) *Mercenary (Sword) **Sentinel (Sword and Lance) <-> Hero (Sword and Axe) *Lancer (Lance) **Slayer (Lance) <-> Weapons Master (Lance, Sword and Axe) *Soldier (Lance) **Sentinel (Lance and Sword) <-> Vanguard (Lance and Axe) *Brigand (Axe) **Berserker (Axe) <-> Weapons Master (Axe, Sword and Lance) *Fighter (Axe) **Hero (Axe and Sword) <-> Vanguard (Axe and Lance) *Armor Knight (1/3 of either Sword [/] Lance [/] Axe) **General (2/3 of either Sword [/] Lance [/] Axe) <-> Great Knight (Sword, Lance and Axe) *Cavalry Knight (1/3 of either Sword [/] Lance [/] Axe) **Paladin (2/3 of either Sword [/] Lance [/] Axe) <-> Great Knight (Sword, Lance and Axe) *Pegasus Knight (Lance) **Pegasus Master (Lance and Sword) <-> Pegasus Archer (Lance and Bow) *Wyvern Knight (Lance) **Wyvern Master (Lance and Axe) <-> Wyvern Mage (Lance and Magic) *Mage (Magic) **Sage (Magic) <-> Warlock (Magic and Lance) *Wizard (Magic) **Sorcerer (Magic and Sword) <-> Juggernaut (Magic and Axe) *Assassin (Hidden Weapon) **Whisper (Hidden Weapon) <-> Reaver (Hidden Weapon and Lance) *Thief (Hidden Weapon) **Rogue (Hidden Weapon and Sword) <-> Outlaw (Hidden Weapon and Axe) *Archer (Bow) **Sniper (Bow) <-> Halberdier (Bow and Lance) *Hunter (Bow) **Ranger (Bow and Sword) <-> Warrior (Bow and Axe) *Priest (Staff) **Bishop (Staff and Magic) <-> Templar (Staff and Bow) *Healer (Staff) **Defender (Staff and Hidden Weapon) <-> Guardian (Staff and Lance)
