1. Well now I wish I hadn't already paired my only current female MU. Next time I'll have to wait, but he'll have to get in line behind Gangrel. She doesn't look bad here, necessarily.
2. Got Roy for my first FE6 SpotPass so far; haven't fought him yet. Also Valhart's map, I'll be taking a look in a moment.
3. She's made of paper... Libera should do just fine. His other class options are awful, though. Should have had Fighter for his last option instead of Mage; he already has access to Sage and Dark Knight between Priest and Dark Mage. As for Brady, the problem is that he joins late and is at least initially terrible at everything.
4. They cannot. It's likely that they might have some female DLC class, though.
5. I haven't seen anything to that effect in the Support Viewer. Or aunt/uncle supports, for that matter. So it seems that if you, say, pair Krom with Mariabel so that Lucina and Brady are siblings, you could then pair MU with one of the two and Mark with the other. Same with Azure if you pair Krom with Olivia. So, uh... what the fuck.
6. But there's one tuft that matches his father's hair. How the hell do we explain that?
7. On my HM file, Sumia has 11 Def as a LV5 Dark Pegasus, and she promoted somewhere below LV15. On the other hand, ~13/5 doesn't really cut it at Ch20. Krom has 26 Def, for comparison, as well as 56 HP to her 29. He's a ~15/15/4 Paladin, so level lead definitely plays a role, but she fell behind because she was having troubles in the first place. Either that or I was having her spend too much time behind Henry so he could fight competently while supporting the two of them. That probably has more to do with it, actually. But without any doubt, she's nowhere near as bad as Donny/Mariabel/Brady.
8. I'm speaking strictly when not grinding: there's really no point otherwise. When you are grinding, you can turn anyone from terrible to great in a far shorter amount of time.
9. Well, that's strange. I actually did pair Richt and Velvet in my first playthrough, and Chambray inherited Richt's Magic +2 skill, and I'm certain his base Mag stat was quite a bit higher than on my second playthrough. I actually didn't use first-playthrough Chambray at all until today with postgame grinding for supports, where I paired him with Degel. For the hell of it, I used a Demon Fighter Scroll on him from the start and started training him mostly in magic: after soloing two mid-level skirmishes with Degel as backup, Chambray gained 20 levels and started ripping everything to shreds. I wound up making him a Dark Knight when he reached LV30, and made Degel a Dragonmaster after she learned Great Shield.
10. Donny, Mariabel, and Brady. They can all work out if you grind, but that's a given. Brady isn't going to become a Paladin without spending quite some time being absolutely abysmal.
11. Well, I don't think 3000 years would be enough for huge changes without special circumstances. But let's look at what happened over just 2000 years: http://serenesforest.net/fe3/world.html http://serenesforest.net/fe13/world.html With that in mind, those changes to Isaac look quite tame. The real question is, what does this mean about the rest of Jugdral? It's getting pretty far south at that point, and certainly close to the southern continent, whatever it is.
12. Probably a fair assumption that magic flying around can speed up erosion and whatever else.
13. Well, comparing it to the FE3 world map, Tellius looks completely unrelated. So eh.
14. Hey, if they were that similar, I wouldn't be calling it a crack theory.
15. Crack theories can be surprisingly productive in terms of sparking considerations, so here's mine:
16. I don't think they mentioned relative location, but I assume it has to be somewhere nearby.
17. That's not the farthest the world map goes: you can scroll further east, but there's just water. Unless I'm missing something, Lycia would have to bend back north and show up again, which it doesn't.
18. So much for taking a shortcut to get a break after sending nine ridiculously slow separate image emails from my phone to myself. They should be fixed now.
19. Hopefully my cell phone camera can be of some assistance. http://img189.imageshack.us/img189/3492/worldmap1.jpg http://img845.imageshack.us/img845/49/worldmap2t.jpg http://img100.imageshack.us/img100/6431/worldmap3.jpg http://img694.imageshack.us/img694/4231/worldmap4.jpg The southern continent, from east to west. There's nothing farther to either side, so it seems to me that area in the far east with the Other-World Gate can't possibly be Lycia. In case it's not clear, the Other-World Gate is the shiny place in the first two images. http://img268.imageshack.us/img268/5775/worldmap5.jpg This is all you can see of the western continent. Don't know what to make of it. The area to the east is Varm's southern tip. http://img856.imageshack.us/img856/9126/worldmap6.jpg http://img233.imageshack.us/img233/4060/worldmap7.jpg http://img707.imageshack.us/img707/3925/worldmap8.jpg http://img10.imageshack.us/img10/2096/worldmap9.jpg The northern continent from west to east, starting from near Valhart's castle in the far northeast of Varm.
20.
(spoiler text)
21. They're activated from the preparations menu before chapters or on the world map.
22. That's odd. It should work; try looking into whatever error you're getting?
23.
(spoiler text)
Well, we already knew that Archanea/Valencia, and Jugdral coexisted, and now we have Iris on top of that. Elibe seems like a safe bet if we assume it's linked to Archanea through the Dragon's Gate and that the Ending Winter caused the catastrophes in Archanea starting in -1000, which all fits. Magvel and Tellius are the harder ones to place, although it does seem to fit that Tellius takes place long before the others. Ike uses Ragnell in Spirit Talisman 3, so it's definitely programmed into FE13 as a weapon, and one hypothetically available to any sword user. We don't currently have any way of obtaining it, but it seems likely that we'll get it eventually. Alondite hasn't shown up yet: we've seen the Black Knight, but as a General in this game, he wasn't able to use swords. Worth noting that FE13 Ragnell still has 1-2 range and +5 Def, but it now has just 25 uses instead of infinite.
