Ryza sold like 348,000 copies, which is like, the highest the seires has ever sold. The cost of physical copies probably isn't that financially a good idea for Gust. PS3 copies like Shallie and Ayesha are still common in stores. Actually Ryza is still available at Gamestop for 40 €, and surprisingly it's even less expensive than the current sale for 45 € on PS Store. Since I purchased the Deluxe Edition it does not matter for me. Edit: ... Even the Switch copy of Ryza costs only 40 € at Gamestop. Now I'm miffed. MisterIceTeaPeach
I must admit I totally underrated Gamestop right here. This store has the image of being expensive compared to other stores and digital copies. Used copies cost about > 80% of a new copy which I consider as scam. The only good deals I've ever made, were both Tellius games for each 30 €. Seeing a game for a lower price than a digital game on a sale even really surprised me. Afterwards you are always smarter! Jingle Jangle
Every-time I go into a Gamestop, there a wall of Funko Pops and various merch. While that can be said for a good amount of stores these days; it makes GS feel cluttered.
MisterIceTeaPeach
The last time I went to Gamestop was about three years ago. My membership card has been stuck in my wallet for that long. Edit: I was there once last year to get a Luma Star plush for my Rosie costume, but as expected it was not available. Karimlan
Bad news: wasn't able to load up my debit card for an online eShop purchase. The store I always go to didn't have enough balance on their app or whatever. Good news: broke down and went physical instead. Game in question: TMS#FE. Must be a regional thing because in America, I've never seen seen a physical Atelier copy in a franchised store. I've only seen one in a local game store. 5 hours ago, Falcom Knight said: Used copies cost about > 80% of a new copy which I consider as scam. That's GameStop for you. They'll buy your things for non-existent prices and then sell them for like, slightly less than what they cost new. My friend sold all his Funko Pops because he realized Funkos are ugly as sin. GameStop gave him like $2.50 for all of them. A few months later, he says the Funkos he sold being sold for $60. Appearently those Funkos were worth $100 since they were convention exclusive (the fact that people would pay that much for Funkos upsets me) so my friend lost out on making good money by selling to GameStop. Acacia Sgt
That moment when the Lollards and an Adventurer think they can start causing trouble because you're off crusading on the Holy Land... Pft, that was one of the most hectic situations I've been in CK2 so far. This last challenge has ended up being simply tedious rather than, well, challenging. --- Alright, I'm at Endor, ready to enter the tournament! Well, not yet. Might go to the Casino first, pft. Also, I'm glad the mobile version brought back Party Chat. Hahaha, oh, it's almost always a laugh when it comes to Kiryl and his crush on Alena... I have to say to my shame that I bought used copy of the Arland triology for the PS3 for 20 € about four years ago, and sold it for about a bit more than 10 € although never touched due to my depressions. Nowadays this game is not offered anymore at all and digital it costs 90 €. It's on sale for 55 € in PS Store till the end of the week. That's GameStop for you. They'll buy your things for non-existent prices and then sell them for like, slightly less than what they cost new. For a common game I would get about 40% of a price if I sold it. And Gamestop would sell it for the doubled price, means 100% gain. I think GameStop only takes the lifespan of a game into account, not if something got value due to rarity. At least it was the case for the Tellius games, and Atelier. The only games I made a slightly profit were A Link Between Worlds and Fire Emblem Echoes which cost less today than. Though in general videogames should not be sold anyways. Edited March 3, 2020 by Falcom Knight
