I think I'm being misrepped for what i asked. I wanted to not if we could talk or not or if it was pre-game and we had to wait until cycle 1 to do so. South has until 8 PM EST 9/9 to play a card. East will have until 4 PM EST 9/10 to play a card after South. North will have until 12 PM EST 9/11 to play a card after East.
