Espinosa
Riot - Narita Riot's Narita huh... I have a demo of a band that was meant to start after Riot split up, named after that album, that never actually happened. The songs sound pretty promising but oh well. eclipse
(insert snarky picture of a metallic element here) This is one of the few metal songs I listen to on a regular basis.

Espinosa
On the subject of Riot/Narita, can anybody make out the lyrics of this song? At least the chorus bit. The track was never properly recorded, so the lyrics were never published either and the audio quality is low. Just now I've been singing it in a manly falsetto on repeat but I wish I would make some sense in the process.

Blue Druid
Bathory went through so much shit, but it was worth it. I just wish they had better recording equipment during their first few albums.

Mikethfc
Since people have posted at least one song of most of the bands I like, I thought I'd post some of the lesser known NWOBHM stuffSaxonhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=58N45F54XQM And whilst I like Avenger, I can see why they never really took off http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBPXsFCn-4gif this thread is still alive later, I might post some Motorhead/Anthrax/Symphony X
Phoenix Wright
posting an oldie, in case they may have been forgotten. Rainbow, Man on the Silver Mountain how could we forget the D? Tenacious D, The Metal another comedic metal band, mocking the hair metal era Steel Panther, If You Really Really Love Me kinda cool tune. i mostly just like the riff... Mastodon, Blood and Thunder
Dwarfishh
On the topic of mastodon. Also, Parkway Drive. Because... Riffs!
Disinnocence
Awww yiss, love dis song. In The Name of God or the Score version of Octavarium are my favorites though. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zew6hGsFNXQ Widower - The Dillinger Escape Plan I've just started listening to these guys recently, but they're pretty good(and insane). I just picked Widower because it's my favorite by them so far. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AKeTD8E8Nkg Porcupine Tree - Anesthetize(Live) PT is one of my all-time favorite bands(and Gavin Harrison is definitely one of my biggest inspirations as a drummer), and I love the live version of this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kf3r2Tja0-8 Wings For Marie(Pts. 1, 2) - Tool I'm surprised that there was no Tool yet. This is kind of a strange Tool song, but, I absolutely love it(you should check out the(somewhat)accompanying song Judith by A Perfect Circle). Between the Buried and Me is one of my favorite bands of all time. They're actually from the same area I am, I saw them play a few weeks ago kicking off their new tour. That's pretty awesome. They're probably in my top 5 favorites, and Blake Richardson is my favorite and most inspirational drummer.
