It's known to happen even if you don't touch game files. It takes a lot of time to make sure all the text is properly aligned/looks nice everywhere too. It looks like its finished, but is not on the game cart. BUT, it IS apparently on Nintendo servers and some hackers apparently breached the servers and stole it directly from it or otherwise tricked the servers into giving it out to them earlier. As far as I can tell no one's actually got a video of it, someone just said they saw it in the Nohr path and it sorta ballooned from there. We'll get confirmation of Sakura's death when one of the Nohr streams reach approx Ch 26 though, so for now everyone just has to wait.
