Bovinian
Yes. These weapons are obtained randomly by talking to characters in your My Castle. You can "sell" them, but you won't get any gold for them. I assume they're worth 0 gold simply to prevent you from abusing the mechanic by selling the weapons you get in My Castle as a way to get more funds for the main campaign. In other news, I just got my hands on some more weird weapons: Highwayman's Katana (追い剥ぎの刀): E-rank Katana / 5 Mt / 85 Hit / 0 Crit / 0 Avo / 1 Range / 0G (selling price) "Strips the enemy of their clothes when the weapon triangle is in your favour / easy to double attack (+3)" Highwayman's Axe (追い剥ぎの斧): E-rank Axe / 7 Mt / 65 Hit / 0 Crit / 0 Avo / 1 Range / 0G (selling price) "Strips the enemy of their clothes when the weapon triangle is in your favour / easy to double attack (+3)" Highwayman's Yumi (追い剥ぎの和弓): E-rank Yumi / 6 Mt / 65 Hit / 0 Crit / 0 Avo / 2 Range / 0G (selling price) "Strips the enemy of their clothes when the weapon triangle is in your favour / easy to double attack (+3)" Highwayman's Naginata (追い剥ぎの薙刀): E-rank Naginata / 5 Mt / 75 Hit / 0 Crit / 0 Avo / 1 Range / 0G (selling price) "Strips the enemy of their clothes when the weapon triangle is in your favour / easy to double attack (+3)" I assume similar weapons exist in the hidden weapons and magic categories, but these are all I have at the moment. ...Why, IS, why? Lol...you should try them out and see what happens to your enemies when you strip them.
Shadow Knight
Haha no worries, I probably made some typos here and there by copy/pasting and forgetting to change things too. I have the same question as lysander - could you elaborate on what the 0 G means? Is that what shows up when you try to sell the weapon? I don't have much information on forging yet. What I can tell you is that Ryoma's Raijin katana is 1-2 range but seems to do physical damage, so the lightning effect is purely aesthetic. Weapons like the Levin Sword are still 1-2 range magic though. Thx for the feedback. I'd still take it for the aesthetic but that is kind of too bad. Kinda makes it a regular katana really

Is there any practical effect for destroying enemy clothes?! there is going to be a really bad Fire Emblem Fates porno made with this exact premise

Othin
Are Dragonstones and Beaststones both based off of strength again, or are Dragonstones magic this time around? Despite the fact that Dragonstones are currently 1-range weapons depicted as a physical ram/slash rather than any sort of breath weapon, they use the user's Mag and the defender's Res. No, I can't make any sense out of it either.

O_o oh and think these weapons are incredibly stupid, to be on topic. one of the many reasons I can't get immersed in this game/take it seriously Yes, I'm alive! I must admit your name doesn't immediately ring a bell, but it's perfectly possible that I am the Icy Toast you're thinking of. After all it's not a very common name, as far as I'm aware. :P I agree about the weapons being immersion breaking, and I won't be using them myself, but I thought they might be worth posting here purely for the weirdness-factor. I can see the point of a magic dragonstone attack, but why not make it a breath weapon? Breath weapons are sometimes range 1-2, but not always. Breath weapons are sometimes range 1-2, but not always. I'll probably go +Mag for Dark Blood tome viability, and that Spd boost can't hurt. I'll likely reclass to a class with high Spd/Skl for a while so I can boost those, as DB isn't too as great in those areas as I prefer. Sylphid
For now I'll hope that "destroying enemy's clothes" refers to that breaking armor thing that happens at low HP or something anyways and nothing more...

Well there are 1 range breath weapons, but the most recent games had 1-2 range, plus i never got why breath weapons would be 1 range anyway, 1-2 just makes more sense. Also i don't mind the dragon attacking physically but doing magic damage, the hitting res bit is bit harder explain lore wise though. Makes as much sense as blatantly magical fire balls hitting physically.
goodperson707
^ true that, i guess my theory is that the dragon form is Literally made of magic unlike the beast shifters. So better magic equals stronger attacks. And the res weakens the attacks. I guess.

No, I can't make any sense out of it either. That's...really weird. I wouldn't have expected that, after seeing the Treehouse footage and being so sure it was a 1-range physical attack. Then again I haven't spotted a single screenshot that showed the stats of any dragonstone, so a little help there would be appreciated. Bovinian
No Ganglari or Brynhildr data yet? Well players have definitely gotten access to these, but they're probably too focused on actually playing the game. Hopefully there will be more contributors once people are finished with the main story.
someonewhodied
i'm trying to list all items by item id in here: http://serenesforest.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=54943 in the item ids section. I guess you could try to match up the stats i post to a weapon name but i can't really read kanji well so I can't really type out the weapon names. Leif
Breaths go up to 5 range. theres a 1, 1-2, 1-3 and 1-5 WHAT. We can have a dragon stone with FIVE RANGE? Wow, this actually reminds me of Gaiden and Tear Ring Saga with ridiculous ranged attacks. Very interesting. I assume these are for the player only? Please no story spoilers ehehe...
