Slade
Let them party, snitches get stitches. I'm also use to loud parties courtesy to my neighbors so it's no skin off my back. Not to mention that they know how to make 4th of July amazing w/fireworks.

Knight Falchion
Nothing. My roommate's dogs wake me up enough that I've learned how to deal with it, and the sharp noise of a bark is a lot worse to me than the drone of a party
MisterIceTeaPeach
What would you do... Question #3: ... if a foreign person (= person you don't know) sends you a contact request in a chat forum (Skype, ICQ etc...)? Soledai
Foreign like "foreign to the individual" we don't know the person? Ask why, and then ask why can't we talk right there? Did this happen to you Jules? Edited April 5, 2016 by Soledai

[spoiler=And I'm very wary towards them because I made very bad experience with accepting requests blindly.]Someone wanted to have cybersex with me. I check out their profile and especially UN. But even if they look fine, it's still not guarantee for me that these people can still be bots. So I ignore any contact requests atm. Ah, so the context is a person you don't know, just checking... well I figured. That spoiler sounds like a bot my friend. Also my condolences. I've seen an actually legit looking UN, but I knew it was a bot. something about a butt for an avi gave it away

Bots don't tend to have suspicious UNs anymore. There's no way to prevent a situation like that. That's the reason why I need a PM from any user who adds me on Skype. Freohr Datia
unless they give me a reason to believe they're not a bot and a reason to think they're somebody I know I'll deny the request oh decline was the word I was looking for not deny I knew that wasn't right Edited April 5, 2016 by Freohr Datia

Ciarre
most of the random people trying to add me are sexbots so i add them for fun but when they're like hi hi hi hey like 5 times a day then i just block them
Balcerzak
Unless it's my work Skype, I accept any and all contact requests, and give at least a 5 minute conversation. I'll generally never initiate anything past the first conversation, so it's up to the other person to make me like them at that point. Slade
I will most likely decline, but if they are able to convince me that they are: a)Sane/Human b)Not a stalker/predator (obviously not literally) c)Sincere & why they contacted me
Zak Something
IDK I'd ask them who they are or something. EDIT: I'd actually be curious, like it feels like I have to fight to get my friends to talk to me and they're my friends, so ofc i'd be surprised why someone who doesn't know me would give a damn.
