If shipping emblem returns and she can likewise support every male in her house, what does that mean? A few possibilities come to mind: Every character can support every housemate. That alone would already be 168 supports without even factoring in Byleth or inter-house supports, which is quite a few conversations to be had (for comparison, Awakening has the same 13-11 gender split among the Gen 1 parents, and they only managed 152). Lords can support every housemate, but others are more limited. This would reduce the range to anywhere from 57 to however high they want to take it, again not counting Byleth or inter-house mingling. Every support pairing is possible, but not every support comes with a conversation. So Edelgard-Brigid might have a (story-locked) convo, but Edelgard-Bernadetta doesn't and you can do it at your leisure. Fire Emblem Warriors took that approach. These levels aren't even tied to "support conversations" in the first place. This is Persona Emblem now, stop living in the past. I hope it's 2 or 3, personally. Much as I love supports, if the writers have to strain to churn out every permutation of characters the average quality tends to suffer for it. And apologies if any of the numbers came out wrong. I do like that certain support ranks are locked by Story progress and from Lysitheas bio(mind you before they did had characters like her to allow marriage right then and there btw but looks like there going more deep from the academy sense) pretty much confirms timeskip (which you don't need a leak to confirm since it was implied the first trailer). It actually did when she could be on your side saying coming back someday mean she won't be back for quite a while and FE isn't new to a story passing a bit of time ahead within it(if its not a sequel game). For you it is because you've known about the leaks for a long time, but you didn't know that when the first trailer released, at best you interpreted it that way and that's it. Are you going to tell me than when Thanibomb revealed this, it surprised nobody? Because that's pretty easy to disprove. You are potentially going to spoil people here, the only question is whether you care or not. Also I'm trying not to do what I'm telling you not to do.
