Gate and Throne bonuses were lowered (as those are mostly for bosses benefit), in the final chapter originally two doors opened at the time instead of one, and I've seen some places state boss stats were lowered overall, but haven't looked it up to see a full comparison. Another change was changing effective damage multiplier from 3 to 2, though that one affects the player as much the enemy does. I think. Unfortunately she is only playable very late for being new (unless they changed the character's joinment order for some reason). Though her supports have been adorable yet.
