Cause that's like the only one i used lmao. Actually, i never got to see anyone's more advanced Mystic Artes aside from Eleanor's and she only used her Lv.2 Mystic Arte once during the final battle. I myself could never activate the higher level Mystic Artes but i have no idea why the AI didn't take advantage of them. I wish you had more direct control over when and how Mystic Artes are used. Would've liked to see something similar to how you can directly control other party members' Blade Specials in Xenoblade 2/Torna. Just the characters are more on the meh side for Tales standards.
