  1. Ok, so you guys may find this link interesting(I found it in the comments of the video I linked): https://game8.jp/fe-fireemblem/news/121000
  2. Still amazing how they got on there despite the vote splitting for them(...that vote splitting business still sucks though...screwed ALOT of characters over...)
  3. Ok, so they edited the video. Here is the (short) interview video again.
  4. FE6 just has REALLY wonky RNG and same turn attacking Reinforcements. Honestly, if it wasn't like that, I would actually like the game alot more. If they ever do make a FE6 remake and fix those issues, I'd actually enjoy playing it more! The fact the Tellius games never sold 1 million copies saddens me greatly(they're so good though)...... It's still sad thinking about it though...
  5. Oooohhh...Hector, huh...Well...Have fun with your tank...
  6. FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFUDGE! Why isn't the game out yet for me?! Although I must say...Dang Lucina looks good(even better then what she did in Awakening)!
  7. The following is me for the results: I'd say as much as you would get in Smash bros! No matter the result, the salt will come and the popcorn will be seasoned. Her in the top 5 will be enough for me(...although...#3 would be more lovely though...)
  8. THANK GOD! At least that means you aren't totally screwed(...unless RNG says "Bump you")!
  9. Well, true or not, kinda not surprised if the Awakening and Fates characters are out numbering everyone else at the start. They know who to call for the those games(for voice acting) and they are probably easier to draw since they were more recent(I don't know who drew them though, so don't quote me on that part). Everyone else is new territory mostly.
  10. Well...gonna need something to wash down the popcorn! Seriously though, sorry to hear about that man. At least you can watch everyone else be salty from getting 1 star warriors and get Virion for the 4th time! Also, at least you know if you ever do get a new phone, you have a game you can download(if you remember it by then)!
  11. I hope whoever I get first is someone I like(and/or on my voting list for the poll)! Sure, they'll probably will be some salt I can put on it later!
  12. Calling it now, we're gonna have a rival in FE15 and they're gonna be wearing a black hooded coat for a part of the game! When it happens, be ready to pick up the phone! Yeah...quite honestly, since they already made the dood look like Robin, just go ahead and go (almost) all the way and just give the guy a tome and let him summon via magic! Heck, there is LITERAL a summoner class in Sacred Stones that lets you summon units(sure they kinda suck, but you get my point)! And I think both Veronica and the Masked Guy you see in the trailer can do that(not 100% sure on that), so...why the weird looking gun? Is it suppose to represent our phone or something(either way, a tome would've fit better regardless)?
  13. I got more of a Nyx feel from Veronica. Also, yes, Shareena is pretty cool. My literal first thoughts seeing that was, "Oh crap, this guy is packing heat!" It contrasts so much with everything else going on! It got a good laugh outta me at least! Oh yeah...how did he not stand out like a sore thumb among all those people......actually...a better question, why do it anyway? It's not like it changes what happened or what he was gonna do. Anyway, the Hooded figure thing will DEFINITELY get old if the person's figure looks the same all the time! As long as the Avatar is around, so will the hooded figure thing(unless they just make it so they have a specific look for the Avatar in cutscenes, which I would kinda prefer over not seeing my Avatar's face all the time)!
  14. We got an update on the pricing of the Switch's online...and it's quite reasonable! $20 - $30 yearly is quite reasonable! I was honestly expecting closer to around $50, but this is MUCH better! This pleases me(and my wallet) greatly! Now all we need to know is how better the online service is(because honestly, it was actually pretty good on the Wii U)...we've come far from the days of Brawl online!
  15. Nice to meet you dood, and welcome to the forest! If you got any questions, ask away! Other then that, I hope you enjoy yourself around here! Also, can't blame you for wanting the Physical games. There's just something nice about it being able to see it in your own hands(that and trying to emulate the games can be quite a process to say the least...for some of the games anyway)!
  16. That sounds pretty good, but to add onto that... I feel like Robin in Awakening was on a good track. Robin had personality, stood out from the rest of the group, and wasn't the main source of the plot(mostly anyway). Robin was, more or less, just another part of the army. Now, that isn't to say that the Avatar can't be main attraction of the story, but Fates didn't do it right. Honestly though, the Avatar should be on the sidelines, but still have some importance. As for what should customizable with the avatar: Personality(like you said) Appearance(More unique options that are not similar to other characters) Stats Voice Certain Dialogue Weapon Choice(like, choose a second weapon to use) As for story involvement, I think have the avatar be a friend to the main lord(more as a childhood friend) or maybe certain events lead you to have to fighting side by side(whether you both like it or not) or maybe even your're hired as the retainer for the main lord or...or....lots of other things! OH! Or maybe have a game where the avatar is the main focus and depending on your personality choice, the story differs in certain points! They could even have those personality tests at the beginning like in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon! Oh, and for your talk options: Nice Funny Rude Sarcastic Intimidating Sweet (Self)Doubt ....the list goes on(of course, I don't mean all these choices every time, but you get what I mean! ) It would also be cool if we had a game structure like FE4, where if you get married, you fight along side your child (years)later on in the story! That way, certain events feel more personal(like if in the story, you see your future self train you daughter and you form a bond with her. However, your daughter is kidnapped later on. It creates a personal reason to want to save someone! Oh! or maybe even...AH! THE IDEAS WON'T STOP! The only problem with Avatars(and this idea) is that that requires ALOT more Writing. Personally, I think if they go this route, they might have to limit how many different people everyone in the army can support with(and by that, I mean the number of people, NOT the number of times that you can support as a whole [5x]...I don't want that back...) I also don't want over 60-70+ characters again like Fates. The writing suffers for many characters because of it. Keep it around 50-ish units, like in previous games(Although, the Telluis games got away with around almost 70 characters and did surprisingly well with each character, but like I said, limit the support options to a certain degree for the sake of more quality writing!) Hopefully what I said makes sense! I don't hate the Avatar, but I would like it more if it's done right(and it works well with the rest of the game)! And maybe tame down the waifu stuff a bit...just saying... OBVIOUSLY, all the work went into choosing which version to get and whether or not if you should kill Shura in Conquest for some Boots or keep him!
  17. Hope that means we can use our coins(?), or whatever they're called, from our MyNintendo accounts and use them for stuff like orbs. It would lessen the need for Microtransactions(which would continue to rise my favor with this game because the less of that crap, the better)!
  18. Lyn x2 Micaiah x2 Ike(PoR) Hector Joshua Mia(RD) Elincia(RD) Dorcas Jill(PoR) Eirika Lute ...here's to hoping my votes help! If people like Dorcas(he's a cool guy btw) can get on the list( and can beat Corrin AND Owain), the sky is the limit! Besides, at least Pelleas only has to deal with the other guys by stats and personality(something, while he doesn't excel in, he's no slouch in either). The girls...have it harder...(even more so if you have two slots like say Jill or Elincia or Severa/Selena). It's more of a freakin' beauty contest over there(so to speak, considering all the girls in the series as a whole...)!
  19. Welp, my votes are in! Here's to hoping the final results turn out good! (I remembered that I said I would vote for Lute sometime earlier, so that's why she's my last vote!)
  20. There are...20+ games I want on that list, a good chunk of the coming out this year...it's quite a promising start for the Switch, I'll say that much! I hope they blow us away at E3 with some games we haven't seen yet for the Switch(and maybe so off more of what it's got in store for us)!
  21. Ooohhh...sounds fun! No, seriously, that sounds difficult, but still fun! I wouldn't really know since I haven't played Birthright, but it's at least it's a bit more balanced then Awakening (Skills like Counter aren't buffed to annoying degrees and pair-up isn't as "I win"! Then again, most Hoshido skills are pretty dang helpful to them...which is why Conquest can be so dang hard sometimes......eh, what do I know? ).
  22. Ok, let's see here...( I have a big list here...) Pokemon Gen 4...I was quite surprised to learn as I got older that this game was the most divided in the series. While I see the issues some people may have...it never really bothered me. Like the battle speed(probably the one I hear about the most). I...never had an issue with it. Yeah, it was a bit slow, but it never irked me much(both as a kid and now). But that's just me. Megaman X7...this might have to do with the fact that this is TECHNICALLY my first Megaman X game( I played X1 on an emulator for about maybe 30 minutes then stopped). It's not as fast as the other games, maybe not as lively either, but I find it still fun. Apollo Justice: Ace Atternoy...minus a few moments(especially dealing with the dang Journalist in court and some parts of Case 3), I quite enjoyed Apollo Justice. It's fun, I like the characters, and I had as much with this game as I did the previous ones(and it gave me my favorite Ace Atternoy character...Apollo Justice...who I hear apparently isn't liked very much by some people...for...some reason...? ) Mario Party 9 & 10...now while I do prefer way 1-8 handled things, I do like some of the things they were trying in these games! (Although...at this point, with all this experimenting they've done with the series, it makes me want them to go back to the basics honestly...) Codename S.T.E.A.M. ...I honestly think with the Majora's Mask 3D shenanigans around the time it was released didn't help this game alot(because I think people were expecting MM with rumors going around, but this game got announced instead, so people might have been salty on that. Then when MM 3D WAS announced, it overshadowed the game...this is all guesswork on my part, so take this with a grain of salt...) Sonic Unleashed...I love this game...ALL OF IT! Yes, Day AND Night stages! Of course I played the Ps2/Wii version that cuts the werehog stages into pieces, unlike the PS3 and 360/HD version, which has them be marathons(not to mention REQUIRED medal collection in order to progress in the HD version)! I enjoy running in day as Normal Sonic and I like to explore everywhere for goodies as Werehog Sonic! I won't deny that "BLE BLE BLE BLEE BLEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" as the battle theme being constantly played whenever you fight something gets annoying and the long stages can be a bit of a drag, but I still enjoy playing as the werehog regardless! Suikoden 4...now this one is a bit obscure...this here is the black sheep of the Suikoden series, but I still enjoy it(and it also gets me an awesome unit in Suikoden Tactics with a save file of all 108 Stars of Destiny! ) Digimon(kinda as a whole)...personally, I like it more then Pokemon(still love Pokemon though). I've only played Digimon Dusk and Digimon World for the DS, but they've been a bit more better in the challenge department then Pokemon(that and one hit won't kill your digimon easily, even if you hit there weakness). But I will admit they share one thing in common...the DS games are PRICEY(they're the price of a new 3DS game )! Also, I find the Tv shows more entertaining(Digimon Frontier and Digimon Data Squad are my main references)! Each kinda carrying a different tone, but for the most part, it's much more serious and the character growth is much more prominent. DBZ Extreme Butoden...OK, this might not fully count since I've only played the demo, but it seems pretty fun. I have seen reviews, but it honestly seems fun enough to buy(haven't yet cause I already got other games before it on my "Games To Get" list! ...I'm sure I'm missing something, but I'll leave it with this for now... Also, it's kinda dark when you think about it...these Pokemon heart's are shut and are made into living weapons! (Also, XD is the only game where they ACTUALLY use a Pokemon to knock you, the player, out!)
  23. Awakening is what me thinks! Minus a few maps or two(and not considering the harder modes), it's not that hard(especially since you can break the game easily). Also, I started on hard mode my first playthrough, so I know it not all too difficult. Sacred Stones is easy too(and a pretty close 2'nd), but It has more moments of challenge then Awakening(and it's not as easy to break). Path of Radiance is what I call a "fun easy" game. Sure it's not that hard and I consider hard mode as "Normal Mode"(and I think it technically is) and mainly play that mode whenever I play the game, but I always have fun whenever I play it(something I can say a lot more confidentially then SS and A. I do find all 3 games fun, but I just get more enjoyment out of PoR whenever I play it personally). I've always been interested in playing that...it sounds fun! I'm always up and ready for a totally crazy good challenge in FE(that's fair...*glares at Awakening's Lunatic modes*)! Besides, I feel like I know PoR enough to handle it!
  24. Hmmm...considering how I am...I'd probably be a Navarre, but an interesting one. While in battle, I'd have on a pretty serious persona(while not being super experienced, has the heart to fight for his loved ones and put his life on the line) and I'd be very cautious and tactical when it comes to certain things(I'd have more brains then brawns)! Outside of battle, however, I'd be my happy, caring, and goofy self who tries to motivate others(to a lot of people's surprise). Maybe a bit quiet and to myself sometimes, but I'd mostly be pretty positive when possible. I would probably motivate a Lena character who thinks they aren't really helping much(when they actually are) and I'd probably be friends with a Julian character, who, while a bit rough on the outside, is actually a pretty cool person and can be a good, life long friend. At first, I'd probably be fighting the main lord due to my village being held hostage, with my mother being among the captive earlier in the war. I join to help end the war sooner, even with my mother worried for my safety. As for stats(and to be somewhat realistic): Class: Solider (because of my potential as a unit) HP: High Strength: Medium Defense: Medium Speed: High (I move pretty fast IRL) Skill: High-Medium Luck: Medium-Low Res.: Medium -Low My base stats don't seem very good, but if given so work, I can be quite the fighter! Whether or not I'm just another fighter in the background to history, I'll live(I'm not too big on being in the spotlight anyway, just as long as I can help make the world a better place for everyone to live in! ) And probably as a bonus, my mother who you rescue returns a couple chapters later on as a Wendell, who wishes to aid the army in the war(but more so keep her from worrying about her son, seeing how she's already lost most of her family at this point for various reasons.)
