If somebody else said what you want to already, quote them explicitly. +/- ≤1 point extra regarding personality/appearance is encouraged, but no more. If you exercise your bias privileges, please do so explicitly. Also, if your vote is already a 10/10 or greater than 9 and you give a full point of bias, The score may not exceed 10! - Numerical votes out of 10, or something proportional to it. Make it easy to calculate for my sake. - Each ranking phase ends from 2100 to 2200 EST. 13th May start the topic again but i am not sure. Do the math if you are in another timezone! - I will insist you do not use the "Not X" reason on any character, where X is another unit. If you do, your vote will be thrown out. - "Recruits X" or "takes you to X chapter" arguments are explicitly banned. C'mon, people, this shouldn't need to be a rule. That's not gameplay performance. - Assume that the character in question is being recruited. - Similar to the "Recruits X" rule, do not use "He Comes with a Free Ridersbane" as an argument. - I withhold the privilege to tell you your rating is bogus and demand you revise it if it breaks any of the above. He does have good Absolute Speed though! I shall give him the average 5! He's kind of crap in Warpskip (okay, so he can double Chapter 9 Pirates. I guess it helps a little?), but in non-warpskip play... he's... okay. He's just so average. Doesn't really excel in much. Though he does have impressive strength and a decent speed base. Actually, scratch that. That's a trick question since we already know. For fucks sake, Roger has an absolute base Spd of 5. That means as a Hero alone he has 16 Spd. Guaranteed. A 20/1 Abel beats Roger in Spd if Roger never proc'd Spd and Abel is a Paladin / Dracoknight by a single point. Obviously Abel wins in Movement, but we're already aware of that. Seriously, does anyone have a fucking crobar so every time I read an Ayanami rating I can smash its illogical bullshit to pieces? Especially the fact that he always seems to give ratings for NM and HM despite the fact that there are like 5 HMs and apparently roger is the same in every one of them. He's lucky Caeda stopped to talk to him instead of just making him another countless victim of the bloodthirsty Wing Spear. Big base speed! Yay! But then the excitement is kinda damped by poo-poo growth. Big strength growth! Yay! But then the excitement is dulled by meh base. Also, it's a shame he starts a Knight since he will most definitely need to reclass and be thrown back down to E-rank. Sure his speed sucks and after promotion he only barely avoids being doubled but his Str and Def are pretty nice.
