  1. TBH, Prims probably would have gotten killed N1 regardless. In a way, it was actually good that they took charge, because it made the mafia use their mass roleblock to ensure that their kill on Prims went through, which they probably would have otherwise saved.
  2. @Elieson- I went through a lot of possible fakeclaims I could have made, and the only thing I could be reasonably sure of would not get a counterclaim (other than my role) was some sort of custom role, which I was afraid people would find fishy. And getting lynched and taking another townie down with me was definitely not something I wanted to do. Additionally, if I had claimed any sort of active role, people would have asked me to out my results, or who I had targeted, and then I would have had to make up more fake information that would have just screwed up people's plans. Also, Marth, if you thought that the tie would get a randomlynch, why wasn't that the first thing that you said? Why did you first defend your actions by arguing the merits of a nolynch?
  3. I agree with the others. The price of a lynch that gets us information sometimes has to be a townie.
  4. I see a bunch of people on the thread right now, few of whom have said anything about the 3 consecutive claims. Bizz, you don't even have a vote on anybody.
  5. Bleh, I should have prepared a plausible fakeclaim, but I didn't know how to go about it, and couldn't think of one that would explain my behaviour as well as my actual role. When I softclaimed, I was trying to get the mafia to attack me at night. >_>
  6. But there have to be good reasons for those votes, outside of RVS. You justified your vote later for Subieko, but you didn't really do so for Pride.
  7. Well, obviously, I'd rather not be lynched, but I didn't say we should lynch Kay or Marth just because of that. I made a post outlining my suspicions about both Kay and Marth before there were any votes on them at all. http://serenesforest.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=32983&view=findpost&p=2005336 Pride has 3 votes now as well. That's 4 people now...
  8. With Iris's vote, we have 3 wagons each with 3 people on them. Unless we want to nolynch, we should probably consolidate on one of them. I'd prefer Kay, but I wouldn't mind Marth either.
  9. You forgot to cross off my vote for Blitz. According to that, we have a couple of people who aren't voting atm. Bizz and Nano, I think?
  10. Some of his turn counts from the earlier chapters have question marks beside them. Maybe he overestimated them?
  11. I didn't recount your turn counts, Cam, but after Chapter 9, Horace had 197. You had 195, so you were winning by 2. He said he finished in 225 turns, and he cleared Epilogue in 15, meaning a 13 turn clear of Chapter 10. You matched his Epilogue turn count, but took 3 turns longer on Chapter 10, so you fell 1 turn behind him after Chapter 10, instead of being matched.
  12. Lol Shin's Horace one was pretty hilarious. And Sho's Eclipse one too.

  14. I've been active lurking for a while because I haven't really had anything to say. But Kay's vote on Subieko, and then her vote on Pride, seems suspicious. I mean, yes, Pride's point about Blitz was fairly obvious, but at that point, there weren't any votes on Blitz (other than my RVS vote), so it wasn't exactly sheeping or blending into the crowd even if it was obvious. ##Unvote, ##Vote Kay
  15. It would have been awesome if he had Dracoknight as a reclass option, lol. Not as awesome as Cavalier, but still...

But after you use Strong Leader for 4.4, Rein can use his and take the control of the proposal away from you.

    The Resistance IV

Yes, but if you save both Strong Leader and No Confidence for 4.5, then I can still propose a team for this proposal that could go through, and possibly succeed.

    The Resistance IV

So? There are two proposals left. No Confidence lets you ruin one of them, but Strong Leader only lets you ruin the second if Rein doesn't counter with his own Strong Leader.

The thing is, Rein, if he so wishes, could Strong Leader over your Strong Leader. Of course, if you were a spy, giving the card to someone other than your partner at that point would be questionable. I suppose it's possible that you hadn't thought of this early win opportunity before giving the card, but that's unlikely, especially as I'd made a post about how you could win by the fourth proposal before you gave the card away. And I think you would have seen that possibility regardless. Well, if Eclipse is resistance and Kay is a spy, it could still be either Rein or Elieson for the second... I'd propose Marth+Eclipse+BBM, but that probably wouldn't go through, and then if Rein is a spy... even if Eclipse uses Strong Leader, he could Strong Leader as well and then we'd be done. Some input from Rein and Kay would be good.
  20. There used to be a game similar to that... I can't remember what it was called. But exploration was grid based, with several maps available where you could move around on them by clicking which direction you wished to go in, battle wild pokemon, or fight trainers (real people), if they were on the same grid square as you. Except while the trainers represented real people who were there, their team was computer controlled. And you could fight the Gym Leaders and E4 of all the regions (at that time, 3, IIRC), as many times as you wanted to. It was online and free. Also, according to Google, there's Pokemon World Online, a f2p downloadable Pokemon MMORPG.
  21. Units Recruited does not include units that are recruited automatically, right? Such as Eliwood and co. in Chapter 12?

What changed my mind? Because, like I said, meta has made me think that more than being a spy, he's just not very active or opinionated. And also, call it a bit of a gut thing, but I've been feeling for a while that you seemed a bit suspicious. When Eclipse came in, it seemed for a while that you were kind of sheeping her. I mean, there's nothing wrong about being influenced by logic that you think makes sense, but you seemed kind of overboard about it, and agreeing with her so much just seemed off when right before that, you were talking about how you wanted to formulate your own opinions. And then, as Marth said, and as I said even earlier, your waffling around after 3.1 was weird. In addition, you're tunneling in a lot on Rein, even though you don't find Eclipse scummy and one of our main reasons for thinking Rein was scummy was his policy of voting no for trends. It was one of my main reasons, in any case. And Eclipse agrees with that method of voting. Finally, if only one of Eclipse and Rein can be a spy, I'd go with it being Eclipse. And if she's a spy, you are too. However, Kay hasn't posted much lately either, her last post being one about how Eclipse shouldn't have made that post she did about all the possible scumteams. And, IMO, that post was probably Eclipse's most pro-town post.
