Umm... I generally have her give her starting money to Lana and then bench her. I mean, at least with Dew, his combat started of really shitty when he was surrounded by a bunch of mediocre units. Patty's combat is mediocre while surrounded by a bunch of great units. I suppose in a ranked run she facilitates the passing around of the Elite Ring and other expensive items, as Mekkah pointed out, but I don't have much use for her generally. 3/10.

Here are more detailed impressions. It's not really ordered in any way. Shinori- Bizz wasn't mafia and was presumably not lying about receiving a gift. It's possible he gave the gift to make himself seem more townie, but I don't think he's mafia. Aurora- Meh. I don't have much of a read here. Strawman- He's seemed fairly townie to me in past cycles, although he's been a bit inactive this one. Eclipse- I'll borrow a phrase that Kay used to describe me: "He's said some suspicious things, some pro-town things, and he's I'm too new for me to use meta." The main thing I find suspicious is how adamant you are that claiming characters will help only mafia. If we're to believe what Manix said about him being Garet, I would never think of Garet being a Reviver because anyone can use the Tomegathericon, and IIRC, none of Garet's actual class options can learn Revive. Nor would I have pegged Felix as a Tracker. Manix- Eh... I still don't think we can rule out the possibility of it being a trick yet. I agree with Snike in that however stupid the move might be, he's survived. We didn't lynch him last cycle, and we're probably not lynching him this cycle. Iris- What a couple people have been saying is true; Iris has mostly just stayed on the sidelines this whole game. I hear that she's got a busy real life atm, but she hasn't requested for a sub either. Spike- Hasn't said anything much this whole cycle. He's said that that's because he didn't read the C2 posts, but hell, there's pretty much as many in C0. We didn't talk much in C2. Am I the only one who feels it's an excuse? How hard would it have been to just keep up with the thread and not post? Snike- I'm getting lazy after typing all these impressions and all, and I think I've said enough last cycle about why I found Paperblade's actions suspicious. To reiterate, his last post on C1 seemed like he was trying to distance himself from Marth. To be fair though, all my suspicions on Snike are based off Paperblade. Nothing he himself has done has seemed wrong. Kaoz- He pushed kind of hard for Manix C2... But he was also the one who suggested we claim characters, and he was fine with saying his character name first if people thought him one of the scummiest- that doesn't seem very scummy to me. It would put him at a pretty serious disadvantage if he was mafia.

When you say character claim, you mean the name of the character, and not the role, right? I'm okay with the former. Yes, there are 4 Guardians in GS. Initially, it didn't make sense to me how all 4 could be Guardians with the 8 playable Adepts and the 4 antagonistic ones, but upon seeing that even Hamma was a character, I think Proto just picked and chose which Adepts he wanted to use to make up the Town, which means that there can be any number of them.

It's possible that the person didn't have the ability to choose who it would be redirected at.

Nephenee's my favourite unit. Sigh, Nephenee... Y u no have horse? I find her the third-best foot unit, after Boyd and Ike. Unfortunately, when you have, what, 6 Paladins, 2FKs, and a Wyvern Lord tearing shit up, third best foot unit isn't so amazing. Her Strength is also lowish, but there are only two Strength bands, and I find that Oscar and Ike make better use of them. She also needs some BEXP. Her Speed and Skill are both pretty high. Sticking Vantage on her yields pretty good results, because her fairly decent avoid let's her stay rather reliably in Wrath range without dying. She's basically Mia with slightly more Strength, slightly more durability, and Lances instead of Swords. 7.5/10, +1 bias gives her 8.5/10.

I think Horsemen look better than Snipers from these bases, and what we know of their movement and weapons. Why do you need more DEF when you're locked to Bows and firing from ranged? They shouldn't be taking many 1-range hits. Yeah, there are 2-range physical weapons, but I'll take the +1 STR, +1 SPD, horses, and swords above taking less damage from those. Sniper has +2 SKL as well, but Bows are generally pretty accurate. Of course, this is not taking Skills into account.

That Speed and Strength have just made me add Berserker Vake to my party.

But all the purely physical classes also have lower DEF than RES, so the lower MAG is justified...

@Kay- That sounds like a Djinn ability. Plus it happened only C1 and C3. The restriction was only once every 2 hours, correct?

Also, Kaoz, you said that Bizz's role was not what you expected it to be. What did you expect it to be? Did you formulate your guess based on things he said, or was it based on your role? If it was the latter, you don't have to answer, I suppose.

1. It's possible Manix is just mafia fakeclaiming. He might not even be a reviver. In a way, it does seem like a good mafia strategy, because it is a role that might not exist, and so there's less of a chance of a counterclaim, and it's also a rather powerful role, making us hesitant to lynch him. 2. I want to hear from other people. About half of us haven't even made any posts since the start of the new cycle. 3. I think it means that Rapier thought that Spike was scum. Whether or not he was... I don't know. I don't really think we can infer anything from it.

Haven't you played both TRS and BS, or do you own one of them?

Sorry if this counts as necroposting, but I've been having the exact same problems. Originally, when I downloaded the rom a month or two ago, it worked, but I was too lazy then to try and figure out the actions and menus. Then, I tried opening it up today, and I was just getting a black screen. My FF7 rom was working perfectly, it was just this that wasn't. So I downloaded the rom again, extracted it properly and all that (it's a bin file), and then I downloaded the emulator and all the plugins again as well. It's still not working. My FF7 is still working properly, but this isn't. I have the exact same plugin configuration as Sirius suggested. I've tried waiting for a couple minutes for it load, no dice.
