  1. Not expecting much this E3 honestly. Sony: KH3, where you be? More reasons to get a PS4. Microsoft: Don't care honestly(no offense, but I'm not a big fan of Microsoft. I can respect them though......somewhat). Nintendo: ......Tokyo Mirage Sessions FE and Azure Striker Gunvolt 2...maybe? Kriby Planet Robobot. DLC for...well, whatever game. Can't think of much else right now... Ditto. We might still get a Digital Event(Direct)...or whatever it's called, I kinda forgot. Either way, there's still a chance we'll get some other stuff. Although, if it consists a lot(or mostly) of Zelda Wii U info, I'm totally fine with that(considering the dry well of info about that dang game)! We might get some info on Dragon Quest in-general, so there is at least that. Also, Dream on my friend, it can come true...(if we can get DLC for Smash 4, especially stuff like Ryu and Cloud, and somehow get the first Japanese-only Mother game, EarthBound Beginnings, come to the US, the possibilities are there......but if we ever get Mother 3 over here, anything is possible my friend).
  2. Wait...we're finally getting some info on Zelda Wii U?! THANK YOU GOD!!! This means we'll FINALLY get more than a 1 minute trailer and a 10 second teaser for this dang game! It being the only game there might be a good thing(...imagine the lines for multiple games...) As for the NX...honestly, I'm kinda happy for this delay(...yes, I did just say that). It gives me a little breathing room since I already have a game backlog to clear up a bit(thanks a lot school). Although...... I was holding out to get the NX because I didn't own a Wii U. Since it comes out next year, I'm just gonna get a Wii U this summer(even if I am late getting it. Although its not like I could have gotten one anytime before this year anyway...)! Gotta get me my Tokyo Mirage Session FE(The SE) and Pokken Tournament! ;3
  3. May Fire Emblem never die (as long as the games continue to have have really good quality in both story and gameplay......not too much fanservice though)!
  4. Being the guy I am, I had to do a little research/background check on "Humble Bundle", just to be safe (because I like to be cautious with this kind of stuff). And, thankfully, these guys seem pretty alright( and legit)! The whole partnership thing with Nintendo (and Charity) is pretty cool and has quite the draw! I only have a 3DS right now though, so hopefully I can hold on to the codes for the Wii U stuff for a little bit (because I've been interested in playing Freedom Planet for a good while now, Shantae too)! Anyway, it's quite a steal if you ask me! Quite a good one too! Rhythm Thief, you can't elude my grasps now!
  5. Honestly, Binding Blade can be a somewhat of a pain, mainly because of two things that work hand-in-hand (and can totally screw you over): -Enemy units spawning and attacking on the same turn -A somewhat wonky hit rate system Both can happen very often and can completely mess you up in one fell swoop! It can get quite aggravating when it happens more often then it should! Especially hit rates! I can live with getting hit by a low hit rate chance or missing with a high hit rate chance every now and then because its possible to happen(even if it does annoys me), but this happens a lot in this game and it gets me killed almost 50% of the time! So, do I hate this game? Actually, no. Despite the major issues(and nitpicks like Roy's Late promotion, Sophia's difficult climb up the ladder to becoming really good, or a Gaiden chapter that requires you don't kill a certain someone who constantly moves towards you and is pretty dang strong too) I have with this game, when they aren't happening or aren't recurring often, I actually enjoy this game a lot. I really like the music, bosses are pretty tough, it's a very challenging game, and while maps are pretty big and take a while to really get around, I still enjoy them for the most part. Also, the supports, some anyway, are pretty dang good! The same goes for characters (as a whole) too because some are pretty cool( ...looking at you Diek)! Also, while I can complain about this game's hit rate system a lot, I'm honestly greatful for it because it has been pretty helpful to me. How you may ask(consider how backwards that sounds)? Planning. You see, I played this game when I was getting more into Fire Emblem. Since I had to deal with the hit rates in this game being a bit wonky, I had to make back-up plans whenever I had planned to do something since it may screw up and I would need to plan accordingly if it did. While you could probably learn that in ANY of the FE games, it was much more apparent here. Plan ahead or be dead. So for that, I have a bit of respect for what it did for me, developing something that would help me playing the FE games in the future. I'd give it a 7 or 7.5/10. For the first gba game, it's a pretty good start that's enjoyable, but FE7 just does a much, much better job! I don't re-vist this game as much as the other games, but every now and than, I boot this game up and give it another go......even if does get on my nerves a lot of times! Although, I've enjoyed AND beaten this game......unlike Shadow Dragon, which I've tried multiple times to playthrough, but I always stop partway through(...never got past chapter 7...keep losing the drive before then...). I like some things about it and I apparently keep going back to it and try to beat it, but I just......*sigh*...one day darn it...ONE DAY!!! ...Sorry about that. Had to let that out! ;3
  6. Ditto. I don't own a Wii U yet(and unless NX has backwards compatibility, it'll take a little bit before getting one), but I'm getting this regardless!
  7. I just hope someone else picks up the mantle because Europe likes their ATLUS stuff too! I know, right? Someone throw them a bone, please! Stuff just seems to difficult when it comes to getting stuff over there! Why?!
  8. I would love and (probably) loath an FE line of Amiibo at the same time(with my love for Fire Emblem and my weeping wallet concerned)! I would probably still get all the FE amiibo regardless(of whatever pain I, or my wallet, may feel)! ;3
  9. Today I was looking around too see if I could be lucky and find one of the Lucina or Robin Amiibo in a store like Gamestop(,Bestbuy, Walmart, where ever Amiibo can be sold). Obviously, it was a complete failure. I did however find a Gamestop store with a lot of Ike(and a couple of Roy) Amiibo though! If there is EVER a Lyn amiibo, I will pre-order that crap faster than a lighting strike!
  10. Oh good Lord, No! That shipping is worth 3-4 amiibos! I was checking out how much each shipping would cost and was shocked to find this as one of the Expedited Shipping prices!
  11. Thanks guys! I'm just gonna get them both now(...well, actually tomorrow when I put the money for it in the bank). The JP ones seems the most reasonably priced(but take a long time though...oh well...) Although, after looking through some of them and their shipping, I just have to wonder one little thing...why are some Expedited Shippings for some of them SO FREAKIN' MUCH!
  12. I can't make one right now(got finals coming up), but can I make a Camilla and Corrin support(but NOT to S-support)? Because I honestly think, despite not seeing much of the support yet, I want to make it (somewhat) better!
  13. So I recently decided to finally jump on the Amiibo train and collect amiibo(...my poor wallet). Although, I'm gonna take it slow. So to start off, I plan on getting the hardest(,but my most wanted,) ones out the way......the Fire Emblem amiibo(which is clearly a wise decision ;3 )! As of right now, I got lucky and found an Ike amiibo at a Gamestop I used to live close to...and it was the last one too(...had to wait 3 weeks before I could buy it though. Thank God it was behind the other amiibos...). Roy is pretty easy to get right now since there are a couple of them at the Gamestop closest to me and Marth isn't too bad since online he's the normal price or around $20, which is alright. Here's the issue though, Robin and Lucina are a bit pricey(Lucina more than Robin) and I haven't much in terms of re-stocking them. I'm just not sure if I should go ahead and get them now or just wait a bit longer for a chance of a re-stock. What do you guys think, just get it now or wait? Thanks in advance!
  14. Yep(by 3 days...or 72 hours to be more specific). Now it ends on Monday( I believe. That or very late that Sunday night). Oh well......
  15. That...That was freakin' great! ;3EDIT:The audio would be a great intro for an anime or...something. It's really good(...despite not knowing what they're saying except "Fire Emblem")!
  16. 12 hours left people! If you're gonna get in on this giveaway, you better jump on the train now! May the best Man, or Woman, win! ;3 EDIT:(Time: 9:03) Aaaaaand it got extened again. Now we have 3 more days left...
  17. Happy Birthday Fire Emblem! I pray for many more (happy and joyous ones)! For my introduction to the series, while I did play Melee a lot as a kid(when my best friend came over or let me borrow the game), I never had much interest in Marth and Roy(although...they were the coolest looking ones among everyone else). However, my best friend introduced me to emulators(I think around...2006) and, a few or so months later, he told me about Fire Emblem(he probably heard it about from someone else, not sure how he found out, but I'm sure Melee helped). Despite perma-death worrying me as a kid, I gave it a shoot( because thank God I was a kid willing to give things a try). One of the best decisions of my life. Now, while I did start with FE7(which is technically my first RPG, if not, then it was Sonic Dark Chronicles or Kingdom Hearts 2...I kinda forget between those 2. I know I played FE7 first though), I just liked it for what it was(also, I was a young kid who was growing up mainly on 3D platformers, so I guess I never really understood everything going on at the time...or just didn't pay attention because, for example, despite the game telling me Lucius is a guy in the tutorial by saying "he", I skipped over it and until my second playthrough a year or so later, I thought Lucius was a girl. And since I also thought Lucius was kinda pretty, I felt very awkward for awhile......and Forrest had to make me go through a very similar thing too...). About a year or so later, I went to GameStop and saw Fire Emblem:Path of Radiance. After a few weeks/months(of begging Mom), I finally got the game. I am the big Fire Emblem fan I am now because of that game. I began to LOVE the series after playing PoR and it's my favorite video game series of all time(and it's also been the most influential on my life of gaming)! It's because of Fire Emblem that I try to give games a chance because I would never have such a love for Fire Emblem if I never gave it a shot( and games like Phoenix Wright, Megaman Battle Network, and Etrian Odyessy prove that even more so)! Edit: Oh, and FE:PoR(FE9) is my favorite game out of the bunch and is the game I actually almost remember everything and everyone to the point that I could probably speed run it if I wanted too(and FE:RD or FE10, to a similar extent...minus a few things)! That, and Lyn left a pretty big impression on me when I first played FE7(and is one of my favorite FE Lords)! Later this week, I'll (hopefully) be able to buy Fates and start that game! I'm going Conquest first( so bring it on Conquest...BRING IT ON)! Again, Happy Birthday Fire Emblem! I pray you have many more(happy and joyous ones)! Heck yeah! Have to give a shout out to one of my favorite FE Lords!
  18. Well, guess I'm spending $80 instead of $60. Oh well, it's worth it! I can't wait for this game to come out ! ;3
  19. What? N-No, I didn't mean it that way! Like I said, I'm truely grateful for what we've got(because we could have gotten nothing. Nada. Zilch! The money is well worth it. Heck, even without it, the game is great on it's own), I just felt like the end of the DLC was just needed a little bit more(not something huge, but just...something else). Maybe because it was my expectations that were a bit too high considering it was the end of the Smash DLC....Sorry if I gave the wrong impression...it wasn't my intention... I do think it about every now and then. HOWEVER, I would hate myself if I even thought none of the DLC was worth a cent(because no matter how I feel about one DLC or another, saying none of it is worth it would be EXTREMELY rude to the time, blood, sweat and tears Sakurai and his team put into the game AND the DLC)! THAT would cause an issue(and like I said, I would hate myself for it)!
  20. Honestly, Chrom isn't the best on the battlefield and in ranking in Lords, he isn't very high up there(he isn't the worst, I'll say that much). However, he has that "best buddy" aura to him despite him being a nobel and all(which I like personally). I honestly forgot he was one most of the game. Also, despite the odds, he seemed pretty determined to help Robin, showing that's he's pretty loyal(and kinda stuborn) to his friends. Long story short, he isn't the greatest Lord( he does pretty alright and capable, but Lucina surpasses him and so do many others), but his character does just enough for me to like him. He's ok in my book.
  21. Hey Leafeon, and welcome to the forest! If you need something, don't be afraid to ask(it'll make your time here easier and much more enjoyable, trust me. Don't let that scare you though)! Anyway, I hope you enjoy yourself around here!
  22. For the classes, you can still get them via DLC(if you want to pay for it. And if you do, get the Map pack, it's cheaper than getting it all separately...$7 less). As for physical copies? It's all up to your preference. I'm personally getting both games physically. I know getting the second game digital is $20 off, but I want both of the cases on my shelf(I plan on getting all the games at one point in my life or another). Also, I believe reading on the FE Fates Map Pack 1 F.A.Q on Amazon that DLC still works with both physical games if it's on your 3DS(don't qoute me on that, but I'm sure that's the case). So yeah, minus the $20 off and having the game always on your 3DS, it's all up to your preference.
  23. Keep the Golden Sun 4 dream alive my friend, for we cannot give up hope! (Also, not gonna lie, while I do love Corrin, Issac would've been awesome! Even more so if he had a Felix costume! ;3 ) Thankfully, I'm not alone! ;3
  24. From the viewpoint of a working, 12'th grade High Schooler, don't drop it entirely. (Until I graduate High School, which isn't too far off thankfully...)I'm in school during the week and I work at a Grocery store on the weekends(the busiest times) and sometimes after school, so if I have homework, that's more work needed to be done. I don't have as much time to play video games as much as I use to, but when I have the time, I play them. If I'm not hanging out/having one of my long conversations I like having with my Mom(because every now and then we talk a lot about random things), reading a book(if I ever find one that interests me, I'm kinda picky with Books...), or watching something online(whether it be Youtube or Anime...although I'm picky with Anime), I'm playing video games. I like using it as a balance to my life. Work and play go hand-and-hand. Too much of one makes it harder for me, so I try to make sure I have time for it(even if I love games, I need some work to balance it out or I get burnt out after a while). Especially games like Fire Emblem, where I can use my brain a lot to keep it working properly and not let it go to waste(I'm gonna need it the older I get, so I gotta keep it's gears running). Now, I can't speak or advise for WAY into the future(like once you've finished college, established what you want to do for the rest of your life, or have your own family because that's way out of my jurisdiction and a lot can change in that time), but for college, play it when you have the free time. You've got to have fun when you can(just make sure you control when and how much)! Either way, it all relies on what you feel needs to be done. However, if you really enjoy playing Video Games, play it when you are able to(and when you don't have many other opinions you feel like doing at the time.)!
