  1. Renewal in the Japanese version can only be taught to Ena and Elincia, the units that come with it right away. It is mentioned here in the PoR section.
  2. The boss of Chapter 23 of Thracia is the same one that charges Manster during Chapter 8 of Holy War. Both are called Coruta, and both times he can die to Sety.
  3. Sure. Chapter 5 has 3 spots that need to be blocked. 2 of them can be blocked with Ike + Titania, while the third one would require drafting a GM. Since Oscar, Boyd, Shinon and Soren have all been drafted already, that leaves Gatrie and Rhys, both who are probably going to drag the player down lategame. So I wanted to know if I could use a statbooster on an undrafter character so I could hold one of the spots with Soren or Rhys, and if needed give them the Seraph Robe so they can survive (I have never really found an use for it in NM other than getting Ike an HP transfer, and maybe surviving rocks in Chapter 25), instead of getting 1 extra turn due to using Gatrie. And since it looks like I can, and I also can use BEXP, Mist.
  4. A few things I need to have clear before the next pick. What is the penalty for Gatrie and Soren? Does Rhys still get a 2 turn penalty if the only thing I'm using him for is absorbing attacks? Is BEXP going to be allowed or not? Is it necessary to use all drafted characters? Since by the end of the draft we are going to choose characters like Bastian that don't do anything except slow the player down. Another one I had forgotten about: Can I give stat boosters to undrafted characters?
  5. http://fireemblemwod.net/fe12/tiendas-secretas.htm
  6. An 8+ (or 7 with a ranged weapon) move unit can get to Homasa without entering Naesala's range (which is 9+1 from Vortex). Naesala will attack anything that's in his range, though. If you don't have a 24+ AS unit that can double Homasa, you can lure Naesala with a unit that can take two hits from 21 ATK to resistance, while 2 more units stay just outside of his range, and then move to attack Homasa during the Player Phase.
  7. It is not necessary to kill Naesala.
  8. I'd like to join tourney 2. I'm fine with Random mode.
  9. He's a reinforcement. Appears during turn 6, after visiting the village, or after attacking Sedgar.
  10. Could you maybe try to pair Tiltyu with Holyn/Dew instead of Arden? To see if Tinny can inherit and use Sword Skills while she is an unpromoted enemy. Also Azel X Briggid is pretty good. Faval has Ichival so he doesn't care much about his father, and Patty gets the ability to steal and do good damage from range with magic swords.
  11. Has Kieran really not gained a single point of Speed yet? If you want to keep using him give him the Speedwing or have him hug the Knight Ward from now until the end of the game. Boyd is closer to promotion so he doesn't need it as much. Nobody really needs the Ashera Icon right now since if I remeber correctly, it takes quite a while before enemies get to 18 skill, where Boyd would be facing 1 crit. Maybe Stefan if you want to use him(His offense is pretty cool for maps like 17-3)? The Energy Drop for Astrid or Rolf. And the Dracoshiled for Boyd or Astrid so she can use Axes better after promotion.
  12. Also Meg with Alondite: Defense (35) + Alondite (5) + Night Tide (5) + Cover Tile (10) + A rank defense support (2) = 57 def. 75 - 57 = 18. 60-(18x3)=6 HP.
  13. I haven't tried it, so I can't be sure. It should though, because the site at least doesn't say anything for the Sword Skills like "Can only be activated while using a sword". And by Corple and Holsety, I meant that she gets the skill even though she isn't supposed to, not that she isn't able to use it until after promotion.
  14. The inhertinace page says: It's kind of like Corple with Holsety.
  15. So Holyn/Dew!Tinny wasn't a good answer? She is a boss...sort of. Well, second place isn't bad. I thought I had done much worse.
  16. According to WoD, you get the Silver Card by letting all the Clerics survive in Chapter 10.
  17. I guess that's because the "AOE" in that game can be used by both Allies and Enemies? Also, hints for 5 and 8 please. And if possible a clarification of question 9.
