So, I've kinda fallen out of playing Fates. I want to fix that! I'm currently doing a Lunatic run on all three routes, but I'd like to have something fun(ish) on the side. Some guidelines: 15 units + Corrin. I have all the DLC, and access to all DLC classes (no amiibo classes, however!). First come first pick. The Corrin is completely customizable (eg you guys pick gender, bane/boon, secondary class, etc, though I'll probably pick the appearance myself. If you want to name them, you can). No Niles or Nina. Its incredibly petty, but I'd find it.. not fun to possibly have to marry Niles off to someone else, even if just to get Nina. Sorry. p: I also don't want to marry him myself because I do that..every..run. I want something new. I don't particularly want to use characters who won't be in classes that utilize their primary attack method (mag vs. str). That's not fun, that's just tedious. Please keep this in mind. Children characters can be used! If someone hasn't picked a class or marriage partner for a character, feel free to do so yourself! Niles: I fell in love with him at first sight. I was totally into his JPN voice, though I'm kinda iffy about his EN one. I pretty much obsessed over him until Fates was over here in the US. Because of the way they changed the face petting feature in the EN release, I got sick of Niles for a bit. (eg just listening to him say the same 3 lines over and over again). After stepping away from the game for a couple of months, I've fallen in love with him again, and I've got a maid!Niles charm ordered for my birthday next Friday, as well as a button that came in last week! Felicia: She's a little annoying, but its kinda charming at the same time. I REALLY like her hair color, especially on Forrest. So pink! Other than that, I don't have much to say about her.

So excited to see new character art by Kozaki. Hopefully all of the characters get some good ol' official art. I may give these CDs a listen, cos I didn't really listen at all to the Awakening ones. I'm not much of a Drama CD guy, but I enjoy these characters enough to give it a try.

Kinu/Selkie... I've drawn her more than I have Niles. I also really love Forrest's. Selkie's is just so fun and attractive.. Forrest's is incredibly cute and I love his curls.

Half of each. You should add that as an option. I really love Flora and Saizo, but don't necessarily care for their twins. I married Saizo on one of my playthroughs and maybe one day I'll be able to marry Flora too.

I've had great experiences with Witch!Elise. She absolutely wrecks but she'll still be really fragile to start off with. Just be mindful of physical unit's ranges and she should dominate.

Isn't Brianna one of the VA? I know she's at least Charlotte's, and there's one other she does. Pretty cool how they got her to participate in this.

Don't understand Takumi/Oboro. I just.. don't see whatever magical amazing romantic chemistry everyone else sees. Its really boring. Its the only Takumi ship I ever do though, because I don't have to think really hard.

I believe they are also region locked, so sadly, you can't.

Oh yeah, I forgot. More gay marriage options. Even options amongst the cast that aren't Corrin<3[insert anyone]. I'd kill for Ryoumarx, or Leotakumi, or Sakura/Elise, or even Camilla/Hinoka. Camilla flirts with Hinoka more often than not IIRC. I also find Camilla/Selena to be pretty Decent. alsoiwannagaymarrymybrothersbutthatsbesidesthepoint.

Fix the story, make it so each game can stand on its own; both Conquest and Birthright need to have an actually fulfilling ending, and everything leading up to that point needs to be meaningful. ..Also, I wanna pet Niles' face. And maybe get him a deeper voice. Yeah.

Regarding story, I'd say play Birthright first, then Conquest. You definitely don't have to, but I feel like Conquest has a couple holes in it that you're not going to quite understand unless you've been through Birthright.

I liked skinship because it gave more minor characters tons of spoken lines, and gave more intimacy to you and your spouse's relationship. The new skinship is boring and annoying. They just...cycle through the same 3 lines. I even got sick of Niles after a while. I've never gotten to 3 big hearts just because the whole process is so slow and gives me a headache. I'm sure I would've felt the same way towards the original skinship after a time, but I'd probably enjoy it for longer. Still, it makes sense EU didn't get it, either.

I managed to kill Shiro on normal, but it was tough and took a LOT of resets.

All of them, to be honest. Once, Niles got 2 crits off in a row, starting with "Time to suffer!" and "Oh yes". I cried.

Discounted skills. They cost less than they would otherwise.

1) I believe you need the unit to be recruited. 2) If you logbooked your own unit, then you have access to all their skills. If its someone else's unit, then you only have access to the skills they had equipped at the time of recruitment.

Pairings don't really matter, unless you're optimizing for post game PVP, or maybe lunatic mode. If you're happy with these, then go for it. These pairings seem fine. If you want PVP builds, you should specify, because the 'best' pairing depends on the planned childrens' purposes.

I think Niles and Rhajat should've had an associated adopted child to go along with them. That way, even if you won't get Kana/Nina, you'd still get a child that is actually 'relevant' to the person you married. Inheritance would work the same, minus hair color. I've played around with this idea before, and even designed one for Niles. I don't recall her name, but she was an onmyoji originally from Hoshido who got stuck in Nohr after her parents died. She was bookworm-y and sweet. That's about as far as I got though. I did draw a portrait for her but I was pretty unsatisfied with it.

I love the concept; yanderes are pretty much my favorite -deres. I love creepy and awkward characters. I think Rhajat is better than Tharja, because as far as I know she is not abusive towards her partner and/or child. Tharja's abusiveness is what made me strongly dislike her. 'Abuse' is kind of a part of the yandere package, so I may seem like I'm contradicting myself.. Its hard to verbalize how I feel about this. I think I like murderous yanderes rather than abusive yanderes. Something like that.

Kozaki did a live demo at a con or something, pre-release, all the way back when. You can find it on youtube and watch his whole process.

Something in the vein of LoveLive!!. Everybody wears cute dresses and sings. Otherwise, I'll just get bored of whatever it really is reeeal fast.
