Anyone else notice how much more seriously they're taking the contract plot point with this paralogue? The dialogue is now legitimately creepy, especially with Clair. Also, Faye is much less interesting than Veronica makes her out to be on Normal.

Ah, memories of using Sakura before I realised the power of Rehabilitate. I could probably make good use of her now... well, this just got more confusing. My Training Tower healer will like additional non-lethal damage. In an Arena, not so much. Panic sounds nice- shame I don't have the fodder.

Various reasons, including Lissa being a Training Tower unit as well as an Arena one. Gravity is a good-but-not-great escape tool, while the others are good at weakening foes or making Lissa do her job as a half-tank easier. Honestly, while I've the idea of giving my Lissa her choice of tools, I've got to look at my other Lissa. Namely, the fact that +Def -Res is better than my main one's +Spd -HP. Thank goodness for merges.

What's a good weapon for a healer to have? My Lissa's currently still using Gravity, but I have a Sakura, Serra, Wrys and Azama for potential Fear, Absorb, Slow and Pain, respectively. (I also have a spare Lissa to do some Inherit Merging...)

...I wonder if anyone's done a formal 'tier list' of units in terms of their benefits to skill inheritance. Mostly so we have a vague idea of where the least useful units sit in terms of 'still being useful'.

In that case, I want an Emilie. Also, what about the Irish Natasja or Clodagh? I did know a Clodagh, and no one gave an attempt at pronouncing her name. Got downright predictable. I'm also interested in a Niamh. That one, I vaguely recognise as being already there, but I can't place the FE.

Meanwhile, I'm a little sad because I kind of ship Ryoma/Fae platonically after my sister got them both in the same focus. Granted, you're talking about Chrom vs Fae, but...

Well, Matty's a free unit, and most of the quest units have been based on free units (aside from Niles). Granted, I don't think Raigh, Virion and Matthew have been getting those quests, but you never know. They could be due.

*Or Klein. ...Honestly, this might be my peg-bias talking, but I never found archers useful. I have Setsuna, Rebecca and Klein (the latter at 5* rarity, too), and haven't used much of them apart from a little level grinding. Then again, I use Lissa in every battle, so...

I've been having a somewhat easy time in the arena, and to be honest, from what I hear, I'm apprehensive on why. Can someone explain to me what my arena team's score actually is? For reference, my team (on both offense and defence): 5* 39 Ryoma (43/47/34/27/21): Raijinto, Astra, Hone Spd 3, Atk +1 4* 40 Robin (F) (37/38/27/26/20): Gronnraven+, Ignis, Triangle Adept 1, B Tomebreaker 3 5* 40 Effie (50/58/22/29/23): Silver Lance+, Smite, Death Blow 3, Wary Fighter 3 4* 40 Lissa (36/31/26/28/28): Gravity, Rehabilitate, Heavenly Light, Def +3, Live to Serve 2, Hone Atk 3, HP +3 The 'rating' list offers 172, 148, 182, 149, if that helps.

@Cute Chao I'm firmly in the 'can't' category. Thanks to my little sis, I've got a solid team of Ryoma, Robin (F), Effie and Lissa (she provided the Ryoma) and a total of five overall five star units (Effie, Fae, Ryoma, Merric, Klein). Basically the one thing that'll get me to consider spending money is Tana. I've got 146 orbs ready and basically nothing except possibly Elincia to send me astray.

Well, you see, when a mummy Shanna and a daddy Ryoma love each other very much...

I have Caeda, Palla, Catria, Est, Shanna, Florina and Subaki. Am I correct in assuming the only pegasus knights I'm missing are Hinoka and Cordelia?

@azurrys Then I should say that my Robins are good enough to defeat pineapples that I don't think they'll factor in the decision. I don't know who'll get them, but I think Lissa might get the HP- she's very big on being a tank.

...This is probably more sensible than the 'remove victory bonus' idea, but that's nothing against the latter. I'm not sure how it'll be implemented (hence why removing the victory bonus shouldn't be discounted), but then again, I don't really know how the Splatfests worked. If you could earn EXP or SP in the matches... would the other members of the team who got your lead get SP for you? Say, when I had that Robin (F) out there for Team Minerva, could anyone who got her contribute to her eventual Gronnraven+? I'm fairly sure that's why the battles don't have much except the Quests from the first one (at the time, there were quests to beat 5 enemies with the focus characters, and getting them in the Voting Gauntlet helped contribute).

Ah, good thing both Olivia and Lissa pack Attack auras. Though on this subject... should I run both at once (Subaki/Cecilia/Olivia/Lissa) or do them individually? I handled the prior quests with the required units all at once, and it was rather awkward (Niles being the best anti-blue and being terrible probably contributed).

Do I need to have a 4-star Subaki/Cecilia to easily kill level 35s, or can adequately levelled 3-stars do the job? EDIT: Just Subaki- forgot I had only level 1 Cecilias of both 3* and 4* varieties.

Medeus was only somewhat larger than the average manakete, so if any manakete gets in (like, say, Tiki), he shouldn't be a problem. Grima, on the other hand... you could probably make him a stage.
