both fallout 3 and new Vegas are essentially first person games, even if you can go to third person view. The difference between the two is that you can actually properly aim in NV. Mouse control is weird and imprecise in fallout 3.

fallout 3 is meh and I recommend you start with new Vegas. Yes it plays like a first person (shooter, but you can also melee, sneak and talk through the game) action game, but it's a serious improvement over fallout 3.

Fee flies on a pegasus, which can be both good and bad in gen 2, but is mostly bad. She has dibs on a good weapon and with a magic dad, she can also do some magic swording. She can also use a healstaff I guess. She's useful but not great 7/10 Sety is a footsie who comes with great bases and staves. He has solid combat but will not see much of it because of being footlocked. He has staves when Leaf, Nanna and Fee should be doing most/all of your staffing, and he doesn't have two chapters of being the only staffbot around, like Rana. 3/10

To be blunt, if you want to go into an art/graphic design major and you can't draw well, you're starting at a disadvantage. Arts and graphic design are very popular majors, in an unfortunately highly oversaturated job market. Also, depending on the major or school, you might not even make it past audition. This isn't meant to be harsh or discourage you. First off, you want to inform yourself on how much of a disadvantage you're facing, and this can be done by asking teachers or program directors about this. Second, college is expensive and thus you have a limited amount of years there. It's a really bad idea spending more than one year of college figuring out what you want to do. Third, be aware community/state college exists, is much cheaper, and apparently credits can often be transferred to other colleges. What I recommend you think about doing is: A) spend one half of your first year in college doing arts, and if you're not certain then, switch to English for the second half, then decide if you want to do that. B) spend a year in community/state college doing arts or English to find out if you want to do it (and possibly to prepare for the arts programme)

Delmud trades a str cap for some worthless points in skl and spd. I've always had the impression Delmud lacks on the attack power front. Charisma is nice. 6.5/10 The best version of Nanna is fathered by Azel. The magic sword game is strong and she has the caps and growths to orko all the mooks. Her staff use is less vital than Ethlin's was, but still valuable. Charisma is good. 7/10

Not really. You're pointing out "weaknesses" in various forms of government and say that having a monarch would solve these problems. You are really not substantiating this claim theoretically or practically.

It would also be completely inconsequential, because the sovereign monarch in most modern monarchies has no power whatsoever, making the entire idea of a monarch as a check and balance moot.

Julia and Gale are sent packing on turn 2 enemy phase, reinforcements spawn in. On turn 3 Calvina does Costello in, Eiji and Kouji damage their Katonbo, Blue Earth and Buldy do this as well. To be fair to Lakche/Skasaher/Badney/Roddlebad they can see some use in chapter 7, maybe even kill some dragon knights in chapter 9 or some dark mages in 10. Lakche and Skasaher can handily reach lvl 30 with just arena's and elite ring exchange, so they can get a point for ranked runs. Lakche 3/10 Skasaher 3/10 Badney 2/10 Roddlebad 2/10

Mind you that this rule will cause problems on map 34, if you haven't drafted one of the deployed units, you have no way of advancing the story without taking a penalty.

In my most recent playthrough I found myself using Levin for offing Lamia and Swanchika dude. And some bandits in ch2 I suppose. Goes to show how useful he really is, imo.

Obviously turn everything into one of those christian colleges. I mean, it seems his own university was accredited by the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS), which has also accredited notable diploma mills like Bob Jones University, Patrick Henry College and Pensacola Christian College. Surely they have high academic standards! I suppose he would be one to want to get rid of "overregulation and micromanagement in higher education" though. I mean, who really cares about accreditation, and who cares about oversight? Why can't our teachers just do what they need to do? Why should we bother good christians with oversight?
