  1. If Toon Link isn't in, Japan is gonna make Sakurai heads roll lol. It was their most wanted newcomer for Brawl and they're really worried about him not being in Smash 4. I think he has a good chance of being in. I mean, he's been in more zeldas than the default Link for Hylia's sake. And he's definetely still relevant. Spirit Tracks stage doesn't matter because that's not the same Link (looks similar but not the same Link). It's like saying Donkey Kong wouldnt be in smash 4 if he 75M had an early picture revealed.

  3. Those aren't new moves. It's a new animation for her Crown Slash (Forward Aerial in Melee/Brawl) and the second pic is an Up Smash that seems to have been buffed/has a new animation. Also, damn she looks great in HD

  5. That's the case with me. But i'm extremely picky with crit chances and a chance to miss in general because i hate restarting chapters all over again. I get extremely paranoid if my characters have like 2% crit chance on them. Especially if I got a nice level in the chapter in a LTC run or something. But still, Natasha isnt better than Moulder at all. And both of them aren't better than Saleh or Lute or Artur.

  7. Isn't Jill technically one of the more screwable characters? her hp str and def growths arent exactly rng proof.
  8. Garcia being 3rd pick is so 2011. 3rd pick should be Artur and 4th pick Tana Garcia/Saleh. Then the Artur guy can get Gilliam to have an eventual mount. Sadly, FE8 is not good for drafting at all because Franz Nessie are so OP and whoever doesnt get them just has to like, deal with it. Just lose, you got screwed by the RNG order.
  9. Chapter 4 3/21 Fred Avatar and Chrom are so much better after donny paralogue. Chapter 5 4/25 Doop. Fred rushed to boss area. Avatar took the center, Chrom took the center right and Lonqu took the south. Chapter 6 4/29 Fred rushes to Validar and owns shit. Avatar owns shit on the left with Chrom's help too and Lon'qu got to Level 10 helping Lucina out. Chapter 7 3/32 Lon'qu is now wyvern, gets a Bronze Axe forge. He KOs shit in the sumia spot. Fred Avatar and Chrom did most of the dirty work though. Especially Avatar, who KO'd boss with Elwind. Vantage Lon'qu got rid of like 4 dumb wyverns that were in low health. Chapter 8 4/36 Lon'qu paying off like a bro. He went down the desert and killed shit with hand axe forge and a normal hand axe. The plan was a 5 turn, my shock when I learned I wouldnt get the Master Seal or Second Seal in Turn 5 because I miscalculated and Fred could actually ORKO the enemies near master seal, ending the chapter. Got the Rescue with NOWAI though.
  10. Premonition 2/2 7 attempts later I got the Dual Stirke. My luck sucks or something. Prologue 3/5 Fred stomp. Chapter 1 4/9 Didnt get Dual strikes because Im not lucky enough. Chapter 2 4/13 Fred stomp. Chapter 3 5/18 Fred didn't get enough spd to obtain the Hammer so sadfais. Would've been possible if he had 12 spd and the hammer guy didnt proc spd.
  11. 1. As long as it means with 1-2 range, I agree. But a unit not even being able to double armor knights despite their spd would make them the new archers. 2. Would make them completely useless and the new archers. 3. I hope pair up doesnt come back. Rescue all the way. 4. ? 5. Ok 6. Giving them more move doesn't mean much when they can't really be exposed in EP anyway.
  12. Yeah, +4 MT is what I usually forge on it too. Another good use for forging can be 1-2 range weapons and what Horace mentioned. EDIT: Also, once you forge something you don't get a second try on the same weapon.
  13. The only way to 1 turn reliably in HM...is to give the 2-3 Speedwing to Haar. Done. Oh and give him a Hammer. It's not hard. @ Fox- it was proven a while ago that Haar is unbeatable in drafts. The only way it can happen is if the haar team gets screwed beyond belief and the other teams get absurd combos like Edward/Jill, Elincia and Oscar together. It's not happening ever otherwise. Remember that Haar has 2-E on top of some exclusive Part 3 turnshaves and the best Part 4 in every route you want.

  17. I think it's unsalvageable at this point. The power creep is what made me stop playing. It will only get worse.

  19. Why do I get the feeling Celes promotes his runs everytime he posts? Anyway, I didn't actually post my thoughts on this matter before, so here you go: I think both are amazing. But, Haar requires less resources and possibly saves more turns than Jill overall. I do agree it's a good idea to give Jill the boots in HM. Let's evaluate what Haar can do: Titania carrying Shinon is a lot more risky because she requires Celerity and cant really equip Savior. She also can't skip the enemies on the way entirely like Haar can and while she's weighed down, she's definetely very likely to die to the Paladin group in the right side if she full moves. Haar meanwhile can just fly northeast and drop Shinon in the sweetspot the following turn for a quick 2 turn clear with less bullshit. 3-3 he's the only unit that allows a 4 turn. I don't think I need to explain that this saves as much as 3 turns. 3-4 he's also the only unit that allows the lowest turn clear. This one saves 2 turns and is unique to him. 3-5 can't be easily replicated in HM due to BEXP being more scarce. Titania isn't likely to be able to kill the boss well. So Haar being able to ORKO semi-reliably 3-8 he's a monster here, saving like a turn by having great str to take down Generals. 3-10 technically replicable by Titania but the lowest turn clear requires both iirc. So they get shared 3 turn contribution or something. 3-11 flight saves turns, etc. Technically replicable by Tanith Marcia and Sigrun with smart play (the crossbow is never faced) but their durability makes the last turn (and the bosskill) a lot less reliable. 3-E I don't know much about HM LTC for this map, but I imagine that it's mostly the same as NM LTC. Where a flier just flies and drops people somewhere to help out. A very 1-2 range centric map and Haar is certainly not lacking in good 1-2 range. He can also recruit Jill, who can help in the last turn or something. And then they're pretty much the same unit in Part 4. I think Haar wins.

  21. 3 turns. Finally some good levels. Sadly, a 2 turn isn't possible because of the deployment slots. Sorry for the pause at the beginning, someone distracted me while recording. I bought a lot 1-2 range to ensure I never run out of them. The reason I bought a few Steel weapons is because the Atk difference can sometimes be beneficial in training units, like at the end with Florina. Money isn't really an issue in this game anyway. I've decided to train Lucius over Erk because he doubles more consistently and has a better mag growth. They're both the same level anyway. If Sain keeps these levelups, he's going to be the MVP soon. Here's to hoping. Next chapter is Uhai, I wonder what I'm gonna do to recruit Fiora, considering she starts a bit far from Florina, who is central to the clear. I want to recruit her for sure though, 2 fliers are better than one, after all. Current TC: 28 EDIT: Warning- the sound is still desynched. Next chapter I will play with no sound effects so it's not as annoying. I bet some will still find it weird that the EP music is playing in PP though :P but it won't be as bad. Sadly, the new VBA is being a douche with me.
