This is a pretty neat strategy, but the actual strat for every AM map is to KILL EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM. or whatever Dimitri says. The strat doesn't seem bad but i feel it would actually be better to keep Byleth in Fortress Knight for an extra 10 defence on top of that from the Fortress Knight Modifier. 48 Defence over 38 is enough to take no damage from any non mage enemy on the map. (are there enemy mages in chapter 13?) You will only be hampered by Poison Strike from the Archers and Battalions, But Byleth has insane Charm anyway so the hit rate from enemy gambits won't be all that high. It does lower his Movement but if you have Reposition on Dimitri and Ashe, or the boots from Ashes Paralouge he can easily have enough move to save Mercedes and Annete and then solo the rest of the map while the rest of your squad sits in a corner and Dimitri kills any stragglers who go towards them. Don't know if this works for AM but in VW i had Claude repo Byleth to the Bottom Left over the wall allowing for a better defensive position, i assume in AM you could have Wyvern/Peg Byleth with Repo and carry Dimitri over.

Wasn't Nemesis never Killed? I remember Rhea saying something like "Due to the Blood of the progenitor god we could not kill him" and he was just in that Nabataen slumber or whatever regaining his strength. Nemesis is also how i assume Edelgard got her Crest of Flames. With the Agarthans taking his blood and transferring it into Edelgard and her siblings in hopes of one of them obtaining the Crest of Flames. After all how else were they going to get the crest of flames. Could also explain why Edelgard doesn't seemingly have the god-like abilities that Nemesis and Byleth have with being able to sleep for long periods, survive otherwise fatal wounds and live extended lives, since hers was a secondary CoF much like a passed on crest rather than being a first crest bearer who got the crest from the source. It's explicitly stated that the reason why Dimitri survived the Tragedy of Duscur was because before he was killed Gilbert showed up and protected him. Gilbert: It was my duty to protect His Majesty. Anyway Patricia seems to be one of the weak links in Three Houses story that keeps it from being as good as Path or Radiance or Genealogy's plots. She's rather unexplained and we really need more info about her in order to gather a concrete conclusion to her character. As it stands she's either an Agarthan like her Brother, She's dead, or She's alive but imprisoned somewhere, but there is no way to tell which one.

A lot of people seem to be saying Rodrigue, Ladislava and Randolph should be playable, but it would be pretty weird, Three Houses does take units away but at least you have options to use them to the end but with these guys you would just have to stop using them permanently. Judith really should have been playable after Ailel, no reason for the Hero of Daphnel to not be playable. People want Nader too but i find it funny that after Merceus he flees and never returns, since in CF and VW it's heavily that the only reason his "undefeated" is because he runs away before he loses. he could be cool though. Holst could be another VW option though, but maybe he had mushroom poisoning or something. CF could definately get Fleche after chapter 15 though. Some people want Rhea in VW and SS but it would be weird since you could have her for chapter 21/20, but the chapter afterwards wouldnt' work due to her AM could get margave Gautier or someone but i think it's fine with just Gilbert tbh. Maybe you could secretly get if you do some stuff with Mercedes after Merceus battle because of her story ties to him or something idk. SS could give you That would be cool.

Dedue is easily my Favourite Three Houses character, and probably second favourite Fire emblem character behind Soren. Dedue is an intimidating looking man, with a calmful demeanor. He feels he has a debt to Dimitri and swears unwaveing loyalty in order to help Dimitri achieve his dreams of getting Revenge and creating a better Faergus. Despite the tragedies he has suffered, arguably worse than most other characters in the game, including Dimitri himself, he stands strong with a firm goal in mind, living on so his Mother, Sister, and the Deceased people of Duscur can live on with him. I really like his paired endings with Mercedes and Ashe, as he basically saves and immortalizes Duscarian culture through either food or religion. Second would be Ashe. He always strives to do the right thing to make up for his criminal past. He wants to live up to the Legacy of Lonato, and doesn't want to leave his past behind. He has a personal grudge against the church, but tries to not let his feelings get in the way of his duty, only truly showing them in his paralouge and Catherine support when prompted. Much like Dedue he doesn't want the dead to go off to some far away afterlife, and wants them to stay with him. Third would either Dimitri, for the reasons that Dark Holy Elf listed. or Seteth, for completely subverted my expectations of his character, Thinking he was going to be some Gotoh or Athos like character. and then being a super chill guy who isn't afraid to speak his mind against whats being taught.

Finally started playing this and it's already my favorite SS rebalence. I always dislike the ones that try to nerf Seth in order to make the game more difficult, i love breaking games with units like Haar or Sigurd, and Eirika getting an Iron Sword in chapter 1 is so useful.

Damn this looks cool. I probably won't play it until it's finished since i often don't like playing unfinished roms (unless it's already finished and i didn't read it anywhere.) But i will be trying this out later on.

The only ones I'm set on so far are Ingrid and Sylvain, Ingrid and Dimitri or Ingrid and Felix, due to them being close friends who bicker with eachother. The one i choose depends on who has the best supports.

TDS are some of my favourite video games (Sky is the best of the three.) i like the gameplay, the characters are amazing and the story is one of the best video game stories ever, at least the best nintendo one.

My bad. I personally don't think his bad, but alot of people seem too, but i really like using Path of radience Tormod, he's unique with his 8 promoted movement, which is the same as mists promoted movement, meaning his also able to function as a 2nd high move healer, and his offense, while not as good as soren or illyana, is still pretty good, and he's my favourite mage to use in the game.

Good old fashioned lover boy by Queen, this is one of my favourites by the band, but it's usually overshadowed by Bohemian Rhapsody, We will rock you, etc.

From a gameplay perspective? I've never really liked armor knights, Oswin is the only one i really use, so my least favourite is the worst of them. Gwendolyn is a pain to train and is very much not worth it. from a story perspective? Discounting 90% of the fates cast it would be fe10 Astrid. She's cool in fe9 but in fe10 she just becomes "Makalov is cool, you just have to wait for him to prove himself." Jesus the dawn brigade are better characters then her.

Franz* Never played FE2 or FE15 so i can't comment on Python but i never understood why people hate Forde as a unit so much. He's a cavalier, 7 movement, canto, wtc, even if his stats are shaky he still has all these ups about him.

I probably shouldn't have talked about her staff rank since its a problem everyone but saul has, but the other reasons i listed still make her a bad unit in my opinion. Mind you i use her every time i play fe6 because she's fun to use, but fun doesn't = good. Ogier can turn out alright, but you put in so much effort to get a hero that can do a bit of damage and double some enemies. By selling the items, i meant that if the only hero crest/guiding ring users you're using are Ogier and Lilina, then the 5000 gold could be considered more useful (my lilina bias says otherwise but facts first.) then promoting them.

The whole argument of "Fir/Lilina/Ogier is worse then Rutger/Lugh/Dieck so Don't use them." Is stupid, it's best to rate units based on how they preform individually, since obviously you would rather an extra Myrmidon/Mage/Mercenary over an armor knight or fighter. Personally, if Dieck didn't turn out well, i usually promote Fir with the chapter 11 Hero Crest since she's the best of all those units, she may be worse then Rutger, but being a bootleg verison of one of the best units in the game still makes you good. Lilina and Ogier on the other hand have a lot of flaws by themselves. Both of them have horrible bases, and although it is easy to level them in ch 8x (just run an unarmed Jerrot or Marcus up to the enemies and spend 100 turns waiting for them to break their weapons, then spend another 100 killing every enemy with either of them), the payoff for all that wasted time just isn't all that good, and you're honestly better off selling that guiding ring or hero crest then going through the all that wasted time to get a decent unit that will probably be benched anyway because you get units like Percival who has way better combat then Ogier, and Cecelia, Niime and Yodel who shit on Lilinas E staves and even have decent chip to boot. honestly i would rather baby up roy since then he could at least do somethings.
