  1. Calm down, don't get so defensive about it. I didn't say it was a bad thing, I said it was ironic. I don't see THIS specific picture all the time, but I've seen people say "sexcopters," on DeviantART, Myspace, and many of the forums I visit. There's 7 billion people in the world, almost any idea people come up with someone else has already thought of or done at one point or another.
  2. Let's not be sarcastic this is serious discussion, not the far from the forest section, that applies to you too Death.
  3. So now moderators have to solve even small issues that members could have solved? What about if a member misinterpreted a rule and didn't realize what it pertained to and you were explaining they were violating it. Why warrant them for a warning when they didn't realize it was a problem. Honestly there are more productive things the staff could be doing than taking care of EVERY small incident that a good intention member could have solved. Edit: Also to Der, I said "or take action," reporting and taking action are two different things.
  4. I'm rather disappointed by this. A rule against telling others to obey the rules. In the real world when you witness a crime and withhold what you saw, or don't take action you can be held accountable. The reasoning behind this rule is basically "because it's annoying," which only doesn't help when people are doing it while TROLLING, so once again we mend the rules to stop people from either doing the right thing or taking away privileges to cater to those who are constantly problems. I have to say I strongly disagree with this decision, and I doubt people who are actually trying to help will follow it. It's fairly obvious when people are trolling and when they are actually trying to help.
  5. I think Metal Arc makes a valid point. Most of the ones we have to worry about are actually trolling and not minimodding. I think the staff should work on being able to differentiate the two.
  6. I don't think it's quite fair that ONCE AGAIN the bad members ruin it for the rest of us. We keep bending to make sure that no bad members get punished or scolded, when some NEED to be...
  7. Wait... Me saying the moderators are doing an inadequate job when it was true makes it easy for me to be imagined as inhuman? Perhaps you worded that wrong...
  8. Yes I have. Honestly though I'm more diverse than thought. I watch movies, and anime, play video games, and I'm entertained by all of that. I smile and I laugh. I'm also very teary during sad animes or movies. I can honestly say I've cried while watching things. I'm not as "tough," or "serious," as made out to be.
  9. That is rather insulting to those of us in the member base who know right from wrong an have a clean record with no warns or suspensions. What reason do you have to doubt those of us who keep and maintain a clean record?
  10. I take it by, "changes," you mean your opinion on me changes often?
  11. Well like I said, no one really ever asks me about myself, so I don't feel inclined to tell them.
  12. It's extremely different to be honest...
  13. Trust me, my parents don't even know how to hold a controller.
  14. I can be feisty at times actually, I never really revealed a lot about myself, that and a lot was never asked. Some people actually assumed I just sit here with a serious expression at all times.
  15. I remember seeing those controls, I might tamper with them, but he just whines to mom and dad until I fix it for it.
  16. I think I've spoken my opinions directly to all of you at one point or another, and really I don't give a damn what you think about me, however I can still disagree.
  17. He's going to buy that by next week more than likely. Don't count on playing me, I'm not allowed to use the live...
  18. I actually think it HAS to be done, someone needs to moderate how long he plays the thing, and clearly it's not going to be my parents.
  19. I'm actually going to pull a prank on him. I'm going to strip the AV cable and switch the color codes around to confuse him.
  20. I know. Any idea on how to make my parents realize it's a problem?
