Hmm. That's interesting, I've never heard about harnesses that connected to the neck. As for the money man, you do realize that Canadians pay less income tax than Americans, right? Our tax rates are generally lower for most tax brackets. Sure we have our various Sales taxes, although they vary from province to province, but the price of goods after tax in Canada is rarely much more than the same goods in the United States. But hey, I live in BC where a portion of our tax money goes towards actively destroying and rooting out what is probably our greatest industry, so what do I know, eh?
