    I would still recommend easing up on the time limit in chapter 5. It's stringent, with precisely one way through. Unique, certainly, but after a certain point it just gets boring. Adding even five extra turns would make it a lot easier for new users who could care less about a video buried deep in the thread.

    I'm going to be honest and say that while I can't imagine that your growth calculations would spice things up much, it's at least a pretty unique way of trying to balance FE6 and I think that uniqueness should be commended.

    Which is why usually I just sound it out but for a nonnative speaker it's much more difficult. Before vowels is a good general rule, mostly because kindergarten kids wouldn't do very well with something that complex. Or for one of the numerous other possibilities but that's a sidenote.

    u is a vowel so you'd expect to put an, uh, an before unique but english is full of nasty little tricks and pitfalls like that. It's a bitch of a language really. Also props on using the Queen's English like a proper, reasonable person.

    wrt Ewan dark magic is the shittiest of the three types and the caps are slightly worse. And heck, even if you do want dark magic there's always the control-enemy glitch. Amelia's was at least interesting though, to be sure. What was different in the japanese version?

    Mind you though the 'super trainee' classes were all strictly inferior to their other promotion options.

    Which would be something you could see in FEXNA most likely, not via just romhacking and not easily. AK, I encourage you to go for moderate change at most. Anything more will be incredibly difficult to implement and distracts from actually making the hack.

    Three tiers has never worked in the GBAFEs, and I'm not a fan of changing the formula overmuch. FE8's system was really good, and having separate promotion items gives you better control over balancing.

    Then I'm not gunna apologize for thinking you're a misogynist. You're right though, there's plenty of things that guys do that I find unattractive. That tends to involve them being sexists. But that's why I fuck chicks. Much simpler that way. On topic, don't expect games that you're not creating to cater to your personal biases. If you want to make a DoF without girls swearing (Dream of Five, bigot's edition!) then you can always open up the script in FEditor and change it by hand.

    First off, if you're gonna criticize folks for 'unproffesionalism' then it's probably best to spell unprofessionalism right, secondly if you're that offended by swearing you should probably not be on the internet for your own mental health. It's swearing, lord almighty. Get a grip.

    I actually don't disagree on that front, it's the nonsense about being 'family friendly' and allegedly 21 year olds learning about responsibility that I find a little bit laughable. I mean I'm not a big fan of swearing in FE anyway, because I feel it sounds a bit odd compared to the tone of the series, but the way that Mia_Lover and King Marth talked about it kinda makes we wish it were included.
