the for (int i; blah blah blah ...) {...} stuff is outside a function inside a class. You need to put it inside one (I think, my Java 101 is kind of rusty).

According to the docs for the JLabel.setColor(Color) function you might want to throw a wins.setOpaque(true) statement in there. (Edit: Better link)

I'm agreeing with Agro. There are way too many classes for anyone to want to do anything more than try to cluster them all together into a base sprite sheet (say pegasus to cover dark/falcon/mage/knight variants). Add the extra need for gender, weapon, and crit options and it becomes a resource nightmare. Imo placeholder graphics (inspirational photo references, sketches) should do better in terms of development until you can actually present some solid numbers / proof the system would be worth the effort.

(Now you suggest the lack of) For the sniper it sounds cool to have emptying a magazine into the air and reload to critical shot. Gryphon sounds easy enough to add on the two extensions as well. Growing from your own garden makes a world of difference with certain vegetables (particularly zuchinni, cucumbers, snapPeas, and basil, imo). I usually don't have a problem with eating raw sugar snap peas and most leafy greens straight that way (then again I'm not picky). Cucumbers drenched in lemon + sprinkled with a bit of salt = delicious. Salsa/chipDips/burritoFillers/ (guacamole, or simple tomato/cilantro/onion combo) Try out various dressings and find out which one (if any) you like, and use that in place of ranch as the dipping and salad coating GoTo. For the squashes, brushing them with oil, finding a complimentary spice and throwing them on the grill is good. There was a great war of love and hate for Largo, equally balanced, neither side won out. all so I could make a pretty graph

Since Yeti won two categories, 2nd place for maps and battle sprites will be receiving a $20 3DS points code. eCut and Kon are the random raffle game winners~ Hooray!
