  1. The main use of doing P1 first is for the Rescue staff. To do Ch5 without it, you'll want to get Ricken and Maribelle out of the way on the first turn. First, eliminate the Myrmidon near the starting point: you can have Fred do this with his Silver Lance with someone backing him up for a Str bonus. If you had someone jump on Fred, you'll then need to have someone else come from behind and grab the backup unit, leaving Fred open so Maribelle can immediately jump on him. This leaves only Ricken, who can jump on Sumia if you move her up while taking care to keep her out of enemy range.
  2. I've never heard of this happening... My understanding is, if he has the Shadow Dragon team, he's supposed to get all the Radiant Dawn characters he missed. Has he summoned all the RD characters and then checked back 24 hours later to try the conventional method of getting new ones?
  3. Doga has fought kittens stronger than you!
  4. In other words, get rid of all three unique weapon combinations (axes/tomes, lances/bows, bows/staffs)? Pass.
  5. Actually, the kids' levels vary a bit. In FoD2, I'm pretty sure the two that stay to guard the bridge have higher levels than the ones who flee.
  6. I think the main merit is adding the lance/bow combination, previously completely inaccessible. It's not like it would've been any less abrupt of a chance for Alm, anyway, using swords and bows in his game.
  7. You have to activate them again from the Wireless menu, but there's no long download time.
  8. Morgan does not get Aether + Rightful King from that; she inherits Aether from Lucina and cannot in any way get the other Lord skills.
  9. I can't say I've played those chapters recently enough to speak reliably about them in any form right now. This, of course, includes meaning I cannot verify my earlier statements one way or the other. Feel free to consider them withdrawn for the time being.
  10. Hah, of course it's so much easier for you to get called out in private. But that's not how we do things here. You make ridiculous claims publicly, you get them straightened out publicly to ensure that none of your misinformation spreads.
  11. In 99.9% of cases, Lunatic is a step up from Hard. Iron becomes Steel, Steel becomes Silver, etc. So any regular Silver weapons you saw in Hard will be forged in Lunatic, and any forged weapons you saw in Hard will be hacked in Lunatic.
  12. A few start showing up like halfway into the game for irregular weapons, but in terms of all the enemies having forged Silvers, that starts in Ch21.
  13. Depending on the situations, extra characters can just be dead weight who'll get themselves killed. That's how I've noticed it, anyway. For the prevalence of single units, I'd say it's more of a matter of how powerful a single unit can get. Pair Up, unlimited leveling, high stat caps, certain skills, etc. all allow you to disproportionally dump your power into a small number of units, where it would be a waste in games where the most you could get is whatever you'd get out of being 20/20. Regardless, Legault isn't nearly as good at this game as he thinks he is and needs to stop parading himself around as some defining standard.
  14. Coarse language is fine. Sites that don't like it automatically filter it.
  15. Hah - the two Lords and the two Dark Mages are way ahead of every other character, with only Lon'qu coming close... why him? At least Gaius is sixth.
  16. I'm not sure if the effects really work properly. I've seen Limit Break bonuses disappear with the DLC absent.
  17. As far as I know, crits on skill activations having a second cut-in is just how it's supposed to work and always does.
  18. The shop sells one of each buyable non-DLC item your team is holding. There is no feedback to the game that sends the team, so there is no way the purchases could possibly affect it.
  19. No. Teams sell things they're holding, and SpotPass teams only hold equipment.
  20. Overall? Filled-out Support Library. In a given file? All maps completed, including all DLC.
  21. Skills aren't necessary, a LV30 cap just means an easy Second Seal wraparound, and raising new weapon levels is just a pain. Manakete is the special thing Nowi has going for her.
  22. Yep, it would be. But I'm assuming no one will complain if I regard them as mistaken until proven otherwise.
