I was actually kidding, by the way. I'm actually kind of glad. The very few fans that PH has (at least, in relation to other, much more popular manga) tend to be loyal and of good-quality. They sticked around after the start of the manga (which was a bit unclear and not very appealing to many) and realized how complex and great story it is.

Well look at it this way, how many power lifters do you know try to be as aesthetically pleasing as possible? None. Strength directly correlates with your weight once you start training, whoever said you don't gain size couldn't be more wrong.

The point is for strength training is gaining size/mass, you're moving your maximum weight constantly through compound lifts so you're capitalizing on the progression of gains (especially newbie gains).

Might want to consider starting a Lunatic Classic (Classic since clearing that will get you L+ Casual and Classic, while Lunatic Casual will only get you L+ Casual) file if you haven't done so already. DLC maps can also be a big help if you're willing to buy them and use them for the file.
