A few of the larger states could basically shut down anything the smaller states wanted. What are you talking about? Their power in government should be proportional to their population, which is why the house exists. The Senate kills the proportional representation by giving 2 extra members to California and... 2 to Alaska. This makes sense how, exactly?

Played Trombone for about 7 years and Euphonium for about 3. I have problems with sight reading, but I have a good range (D below the staff to a high Bb, sometimes I can hit the C above that), decent technique, and my tone isn't bad (but needs improvement obviously). Euphonium, I have awkward technique (it's okay, but not that great) and my tone is too much like a Trombone's. you can opinionate FE to some degree, but before you can get into the nitty gritty (which to me feels subjective, feel free to argue me on this because you will most likely win and my counter arguments will be poor) it's quite easy to quantitatively determine one's general tier placement. in which case, I've named each respective lord's up there.

The main reason I hate underground music is because online, I see far more praise (and they go to the extent where people say "go listen to REAL shit" somewhat often) for the underground shit than the mainstream shit and in real life, nobody around me really cares about music. Luck is an overrated stat (how often are you going to take a critical hit anyways?). Stefan's luck isn't too much of a problem. But Zihark still wins. His evade is also poor because of his luck. Zihark probably has a 15 avoid lead overall due to luck + earth support, and overall Stefan does have problems taking the critical hits themselves considering his defense -- it's just another factor in his frailty, which hammers him as a unit.

fighting the spirits is generally more about resistance than AS, of neither you really need considering it's probably more efficient to kill some spirits and attack Sephiran directly. And you only need like five units (Ike, three royals, shinon, etc etc) to do this and like a Royal for Sephiran. using nasir isn't out of the question (far from it) for 4-E-5 either. I think you only need like 33 AS with nasir's help to double the spirits
