I recently got a Switch because one of the conditions that I set myself was if Fire Emblem or the BokuMono series have a NA release date but this is me knowing that some of my favorite series will going to make an appearance somewhere down in the Switch's life. But if solely for one game, I wouldn't advise it or get the console second hand instead since there will be a new Switch model coming out, I'm sure a lot of people will be selling their Switch to get the new one.

Has it been confirmed that the game's dlc region free?

Not really in my view since from the start I have to choose a specific route in order to experience the fourth route. Of course, we don't have an idea what the fourth route entails but I just felt like I got the short end of the stick if I choose Golden Deer or Blue Lion since they don't have extra content compare to the latter. That's just my opinion and how I felt on the matter and I'm not pushing my opinion to those who disagree with me since you can't expect all of us of share the same opinion.

I have mixed feelings about this. It is nice to see a female lord as the main highlight in a FE game but showing favoritism in a game marketed as your choice matter kind of defeat the point of making your choice in my opinion but if the reviewer said the existence of the fourth route doesn't undermined the other routes, I hope that it is so.

I'm clearing up my YT watch history right now. I just hope I wouldn't stumble on spoilers in my Discord groups.

Burned a lot of time fishing and early source of income in BokuMono games. Nice almost the same process too even though my timing sometimes suck.

For me as long as there's no route considered as true path e.g. Blue Lions' route ended you conquering the world regardless what you decide while Golden Deer's route has ended with saving the world, I'm okay without a one true path. The reason why I like interactive fiction because each route is your own true path.

I'll probably go Normal-Classic with limited use of the rewind feature.

I just saw the Blue Lions' video and I can't stop grinning when Dimitri narrates. Now, I can't decided whether play on Japanese or English. He's just to adorable.

I imagine Byleth to be 18 to 20 range in my headcanon.

Going to buy physical edition if everythings goes well I will get the game a day ahead compare to preloading due to timezone difference though I will not be able to play until after work. 😄

I don't see why they need to show timeskip lords since they already have bios as students. Just my opinion of course.

Blue Lions for me. I would probably recruit Marianne, Bernadetta, Lindhart and/or Ignatz.

I really want to know how the three route will correlate with each other. Will there be a canon route? I just hope there's no canon route though since that might mean one route is more important over the other two unless I missed some info about it.

I just can't wait for the release. Can't really take any extended leave though. Three weeks seems so long though.

In my canon run, my F!Byleth will romance Dimitri. I have been eyeing him ever since he was first introduced and nothing has changed even now. Though timeskip Claude almost altered my decision but timeskip Dimitri won solidified my decision. I'm not sure in my other routes. I'll probably play M!Byleth in my second run and go after Edelgard. On my Golden Deer route, I'll probably do a no-romance run? I have a tendency if the MC is not customizable visual-wise, I saw them same person regardless and when I shipped them to a certain person, I tend to be attached to that pairing.

I just hope that don't release a metric ton of clothes DLC. They do add up in the long run. 😂

I just hope the Clothes DLC are not as expensive as those available in other KT games and have equivalent functions. If they are for aesthetic purpose only, that is just too much.

Going the same route. The only one I'm sure right now is BylethxDimitri in my canon run.

The only special edition I bought was for FE Fates because of the all-in-one cart. I don't buy SE because of SE don't interest me much but good for those getting it. I wish I have that much money to get those SEs.

But they have individual ones though like the one found in the JP website.

During the initial introduction, Blue Lions will be my main primarily due to Dimitri. That hasn't changed now that we have more info about the game and the time skip got me more curious what happen to them during those five years.
