Almost all drafts are standard (copy pasta'd rules) and no one ever counts them lol. In that case, PKL, go forth and be my agent. Remind people that unlisted -> counted and that it's a very simple distinction. And if they continue to not count prologue turns, that why the GRs are guidelines.
