I'm really, REALLY sick of people saying "okay so don't let the passive work on people with Relic Shield/Targon," so I just had to. Next I'm going to write an article that will piss Hiptallus off. Most of the time you max W, although Q might be an option sometimes. E usually last. Evolution depends, I mostly go for E first, then Q. Bu that's not the only viable way to play him.
