This is a video made by some guy which is compiled by the gifs that were leaked on 4chan and added Demon's Souls music in it. One, it's called Project Beast (Not the final title, obviously). Two, it's a PS4 exclusive made by a collabaration of From Software/SCEJ Studio (They collaborated before with Demon's Souls). Three, it looks like it takes place in a 18th century setting and we see the player who looks like a Van Helsing-esque badass using his shotgun against a mob of enemies. At this point, it's definitely real, and it's only a matter of time till Sony officially announce it on E3.
