Let's start a wishlist for FE: If

Same sex S supports, I'm still really bummed out that I couldn't have Kjelle and Severa get to S support.

Short Bows and Light Magic.

More Spotpass characters like Priam, one or two living characters from the main story is fine, but I would prefer just getting entirely brand new units.

Supports involving Spotpass characters that aren't limited just to the MU. I still don't understand why Emmeryn couldn't have supports with Lissa and Chrom or Yen'fay with Say'ri.

As little Gender-restricted classes as possible.

- Make Nosferatu more expensive and harder to find.

Yes, that would be a good idea too. I'd rather have axes than swords, and I'd rather be able to choose a weapon than re-class.

Haven't done one of these yet so wth let's see what I can come up with

-light magic

-no grinding for skills (reworked skill system)

-different kinds of dragonstones for Kamui

-weapon durability

-SS-like dungeons for Hoshido (maybe Nohr can also access them postgame)

-able to turn off critical cut-ins

-Tellius-like base (not just random events)

-able to move Kamui around at the base and interact with units and merchants

-shove and/or rescue

-thieves can steal items

-some large maps with multiple armies and you can command your allies like in Tellius

-S supports aren't marriage and can also be made between people of the same gender and family members to denote a non-romantic paired ending

-endings aren't all romantic including for Kamui

-no plot twist to make Kamui not related to anyone just so s/he can marry family members

-same sex romantic endings for at least Kamui

-Kamui is the only one that can support every other unit, everyone else has support partners "that make sense"

IMO, S supports should be available between all support-able units. S supports between non-related Male and Female can be "marriage", S supports between related / same gender characters can just be non romantic. I think this would please everyone?

I'm all for amiibo content if it doesn't give a distinct, game-breaking advantage. But that implies the big N has to keep them stocked first. Either way, the more use for my FE set, the better. Then again, I may be biased. I collect far too many.

I'm not willing to spend 200$ on them. If there's exclusive locked content behind the amiibo I'll forgo playing the game just like I did with Codename Steam.

I'm also rather big in the amiibo community. Marth/Ike are getting restocked to begin with, and Robin/Lucina aren't even out in NA yet.

I want the Marriage Mechanic not to return.

Firstly because allot of the main cast is your family so It wouldn't work overly well for Kamui

Secondly cause it was only in awakening due to plot reasons, in FEif it would just be illogical as their will not be any child units this time

But S supports can come back by all means but in this game they just dont have to be marriage

Also the return of extra range for archers to have some sort of reason to use them when you have a mage

I'd like them to keep the unlimited supports idea from Awakening, but cut down on the number of supports to focus on actually having quality, non-generic supports again, and for them to only let you count a certain number of supports when calculating bonuses. Maybe something like Radiant Dawn where you can switch around who you have support bonuses with, except only with the people you've had a support conversation with. (Basically say you're up to A with two people and B with another, you can choose to have a C bonus from the first, A from the second, and C from the third, adding up to five ranks total)

The return of the magic triangle. Plus more magical weapons, and have them participate in the magic triangle, thus increasing the mechanic's significance outside of mage vs mage.

As others are saying, an intriguing plot with a theme of gray morality would be nice. Also, give us a few central characters that are fleshed out and developed over the course of the story. And on top of that, give Kamui more of a character.

Fewer, higher-quality support conversations.
