Awakening has the best DLC FE has had, it's been a downhill slope since then. Although, I do kinda regret buying Awakening's DLC now, the first season is a lot of recycled maps and enemies. That was pretty random. Needless to say, that pretty much settled for me whether or not DLC would be worth any money. Though the complete butchery of Eirika's character most certainly didn't do it any favor either. If I were to say anything on map design, Fates does have some good ones and the maps fanservice can also be neat, Awakening can be a bit boring in comparison and Heirs of Fate is Fate's best storyline. But I also got Fates DLC discounted. From what I've heard about SoV, that's just kinda trash for the maps and the characters might be cool. Definitely not worth full price. I really enjoyed Cindered Shadows because more 3h, my favorite game, after I had played the rest of it. It felt like playing it again for the first time... oh that was great. I’m in the vast minority in that opinion, though. Chapter 4 is one of the best chapters in fe okay? Because their Seiyuus also voiced Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask. And countless other examples, big or small, that make Seiyuu references.
